Nao Medical – Jackson Heights Address, Location and Contact Information

You will find this provider at 80-10 Northern Boulevard, Jackson Heights, New York, 11372. Jackson Heights sits in Queens County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

Coming here appointment or not there’s going to be a wait. They do not like when you correct them or give them constructive criticism on how to give better customer service. At today’s appointment this lady came in to… draw my blood no name greeting nothing and immediately I got the feeling that she’s new. Nd guess what I was right she attempted to draw my blood and fail. I told her I don’t want her drawing blood from me at all,, I’m not a test dummy 1. And I guess now they’re pissed so they have me waiting again to be seen 🤣 I arrived @3:30 and just finished being seen @5:11 for a STD checkup mind you only 2 people was in front of me ,, that’s should tell you everything 💯

I am never ever going here again. We went in, the “nurse practitioner” RAINIER CHIRINOS” is the most useless doctor I’ve ever came across. He saw us literally in less than 5 minutes, we told him my symptoms and he… dismissed me with such sarcasm and told me I was pretty much wrong. Prescribed me antibiotics and said goodbye. Didn’t say how to take them, for how long, didn’t ask if I needed pain meds, NOTHING. this was the most rushed visit I’ve ever encountered. Also in the past I’ve seen him for a primary appointment which was supposed to be with an actual doctor and they failed to notify me she wasn’t available, but whatever I had him see me anyway and he put in my chart that he asked me about STD’s, he tested me for HIV AND OTHER TESTS that we NEVER DISCUSSED. He never even asked if it was okay or if I wanted the tests, and he NEVER DISCUSSED STD’s with me!!! How this is legal IDK. But I am really contemplating reporting this. He is the worst and if he doesn’t want to work he should not be treating patients there. People go to urgent care because they have an emergency sometimes and have no time to make it to ER or even just symptoms or being sick, how do you treat patients like this is beyond me. The attitude is disgusting and the lack of professionalism is out of this world. I’ve never felt more like a doctor did not care more than this. Will NEVER go back.

I had an appointment for 8:45am. The location is supposed to open at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:40am just to be a bit early and the location will still closed - doors locked, lights off, no one inside. I wanted until 8:50am… and still fully closed. I did everything I was supposed to - made the appointment, filled out the pre-appointment paperwork, submitted my insurance, and showed up and waited. Pretty bad first experience and won't be trying again. I walked 15 minutes while sick to another urgent care spot in the area that took me right away.

Terrible service. Dr. Diana Simpson was racist and rude when she attended to me. She arrived with a somewhat serious demeanor, but as soon as she started asking questions, she became discriminatory. I didn't understand… one of her questions, which angered me, since I was there for help because I'm sick. She asked me what I was doing there if I didn't understand, while I told her I didn't want to argue. She said she was acting that way. I got angry too, and she started telling me that my age was none of my business, that she was asking me a different question. I kept asking her to calm down, and when she wouldn't, I told her I was going to call my husband. This made her even angrier, and she said she wasn't going to continue. She left the room, leaving me there crying, and went to lock herself in another room after giving me a dirty look.

Subject to change, but literally first appointment I made at location for 8:30, and the place is closed (posted at least 13 minutes past) Edit: Came back later at 9:30, no real addresal or apology for late open or… missed appointment until I explicitly asked about it, so that part was unprofessional. Everything else was great though. Appointment was instead done as a walk in, and the process itself was methodical, professional, and the people seem competent. Doctor was always polite and tactful in advice provided. Seemed well reasoned when asking questions or providing answers.
