At first, the service is really attentative and consistent. You can get nice housing. Better than most programs and way more superior than any business that help people. Youre given clothes, food, bus passes and other… items if you do not have much at all. And if you dont have a job, they will kind of look out. They have multiple clients, and that is a factor as to how they help you. But there are other workers here who suggest activities as if though they are psychic! These are the workers who take on the duties that others lack responsibility for but after a week or two, the case workers do not want to help as much as when you first came. There are alot of mind games, attitude, maybe a bit of stalking to see what youre up to, that you get from case workers in the programs. If youre coming from an abusive situation, I would be mindful of this and call it out, because it should not be happening. And stalking is apart of the 3 strikes program, a felony. They say to call them when you need anything, and when you do, they flake or make underhanded comments about you being crazy because you require a little more. Do not let these people attack your confidence, because if you made it this far by getting out and asking them for help, you deserve to feel great about being strong and resilient because some people dont make it out, and they stay. Confidence will open doors for you in places that you never dreamed of, and you should want to be an individual who does things their way, that works for you. No one should control you and how you feel about yourself or your ability to start your life over again. I would have given 5 stars if this program was nicer and consistent, but thankfully, because of this stepping stone, I can make my own way.
I visited this location during the final week of tax season as a drop-in client. Despite it being one of their busiest days, the team managed everything with remarkable organization and professionalism. Jeri assisted me… with filing my taxes, and I cannot speak highly enough of her warm and knowledgeable approach. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—not just with me, but with every person she interacted with. Even while helping clients check in and managing a steady flow of visitors, she remained calm, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring everyone felt supported. One detail that truly impressed me was learning that the staff are volunteers. Their generosity and commitment to serving the community is truly inspiring. After preparing my return, Jeri took a moment to briefly explain where my refund was coming from and how the numbers added up, which I really appreciated. To ensure accuracy, her colleague Janice kindly reviewed the return as well. Watching them collaborate so smoothly showed just how strong and supportive their team environment is. Although I arrived after work and waited about two hours, the experience was absolutely worth it. The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork I witnessed made a lasting impression. I will definitely be returning next tax season. Thank you again to Jeri, Janice, and the entire team for the excellent service!
Very nice people and excellent service.
Very interesting. The service they provide is basically for the family and mainly the kids that are going through hard times, also juveniles that have been in trouble with the law. The assigned social worker was very… informative and very thorough about the different programs as far as individual and group counseling goes. They are a government funded agency and the counseling is free. The "interview" lasts about an hour depending on how many children you have and need to be counseled. The atmosphere is almost home like without the comforts of home. It's very quiet and neat and clean. The employees are super friendly and warm welcomed too. I was very satisfied and impressed with the whole aspect of the place. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. Definite 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just waiting on my phone to be delivered ....but so far so good.

Awesome they went out of there way got me thing i needed from walmart n food n bus ticket to be home with family by thankgiveing way more then expected
I've been trying to enroll in their services for weeks, I find the process to be extremely unprofessional, and the staff treat you like you're not entitled to service. As if you're not a customer, I'm considering… looking elsewhere.
Polite professional and well educated people.
I was volunteering for American heart association and I really enjoyed this app experience.
Got taxes help- they did alright.
They have so many great programs for families. The people who work there are kind and patient.
They're there for anything you need
This non.profit organization in Vista is a good place to go for counseling and other youth programs. We took our teen age daughter there and they immediately helped her.
