Nuway Community Services Inc – Chicago Detox and Rehab Services

Care at Nuway Community Services Inc – Chicago spans intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Ask how the program handles someone who has been through treatment before. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset.

Combined treatment does not appear to be offered, which is worth checking before committing. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Cost, travel and waiting time are all worth weighing together. Ask whether family can be involved and at what stage.

I belong to this cleaning but it is not very good they don't care about your recovery nor do the groups being very important information nor do I enjoy myself. They should change a lot of things like the people that… they allow on the program and the service as well. The message is not have much knowledge about after all Nor today will have knowledge about how to give help on keeping the amount of method on that's your own. The recovery world is very difficult and I've been trying to stop for a long time this program does not allow you with many resources and information so that you will stop but in the contrary they try to make you stay on by and seeing your dose is all the time

Cost too much money there's never a time I've gone there where all they worry about is $$$$ and if you don't have full payment but trying to pay as much as you can and work with them, who cares because they will… immediately detox you whether its putting you in a withdrawal state which is very dangerous!! They always go through different counselors due to them always quitting!! I suggest not joining the clinic and starting the methadone program I would in my opinion join a recovery group and slowly medically detox off the drug your addicted to yourself because I been taking methadone now for 15 years and slowly somehow never was talked to about coming off the methadone slowly, in my opinion methadone is just another addiction and the side affects are horrible intense sweating, bloating, constipation, weight gain and it get worse the longer you are taking it.

This facility could be in much better shape but that's not important. The people really want you to succeed and be ok, so they work with you. And if for some reason your struggling in your world, they don't just kick… you out because you have some dirty drops or missed a couple of groups. No, they try to find out why it is the way it is with you, what's going on in your world why your struggling to get it right and leave those drugs and negative people alone. This place is nothing like other places that I know of personally. These people don't make you feel bad because your struggling. If your looking for help, don't mind what the place looks like, just look at how these people are gonna help you get your life back or better yet, their gonna help you become a productive member of society. I can speak from experience.

I'm not going to sugar coat, when you come here you have to have mind straight that your sick & tired of begin sick& tired have plan keep journal make some short term goals then long terms goals.it's easy to fall to the… waist side of the negativey that goes on but that's everywhere.work program that works for then get off of the methadone.it works if you willing to give this program a chance.FIGHT LIKE YOU FIGHTING TO SAVE YOUR LIFE

This facility foundation need to be replaced. Real hard unless you are very strong mind, you success rate on retain successful recovery at this facility is very low. Try HRDI, FOLA, FAMILY GUIDANCE. So many more options… than to go to Nu-Way. That's just from the people I've met. From ex Iemployees to former clients. They all say the same thing that place is harm reduction.
