the night shift workers DO NOT DO THEIR JOB!! When I was having a medicinal episode they ignored me and refused to check my vitals. I had to beg them to at least give me a salty snack. first time i asked they refused,… second time they finally listened. I was on the verge of passing out. One of the staff threatened to not let me make any phone calls to my mom. They did not care I was having trouble breathing, They lied to me about “they are always here to listen throughout the night”. For context, I have issues falling asleep to due anxiety and my medical condition. I had to beg for basic human rights, They did not let me know what time it is and all the night shift staff were mean, had an attitude. In the bathrooms it looked like it had mold on the faucets, my bedsheet was dirty too. I would never go to this place again.

I'm shocked this place hasn't been shut down. Went here years ago and there were stains of vomit on the carpet and dried blood on the walls. The "psychiatrist" was crammed into a tiny, dark room. He'd sit there, ask you… a question, stare at a wall for five minutes, then ask you "how does that make you feel?" He tried putting me on 5 different drugs after asking me a few questions. When I said I wasn't comfortable with so many pills and would get a second opinion, he stopped me and said with a big toothy grin "You'll be back." This place is disgusting. Don't trust a single review over one star, I honestly think they're all bots. If you care about your loved ones you won't take them here.

Never answers , they messed me up from being able to get my medication. Zero stars! And they never fixed my problem knowing they were at fault.

This place is awful. Can't get ahold of a case worker, they put my son on a "standard detox protocol" of Kepra and a multivitamin, completely ignoring what he was taking at the previous facility. Run away as fast as you… can. Shut it down. Hippocratic oath my butt.

Like to argue with you about not picking up the phone or calling back, clearly have no idea how to deal with patients with mental health issues right off the bat

Our family is deeply grateful for the outstanding care our child received at Pathways. It is clear that the staff truly prioritizes the well-being of their patients. Every member of the team — from the peer specialists… (Ms. Brown) and therapists to the nurses and support staff — treated our son with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. They took the time to understand his needs by listening to his story and communicated with us every step of the way. At one point I felt hopeless. I no longer feel like that. They listen. They make recommendations! They instill hope. Great facility!

Is this place the best. No, but the nurses care most of them. The staff that are not nurses care, most of them. Are you going to have all your problems wiped away. No, but it's a safe place. The kitchen staff deserves a… good call out they try and its good. Is this going to solve everything. Not by a long shot but its ok. Staff cares or they seem like they do.

This place is a joke and has been since I was a teenager. They lie to your face, delete appointments, and loose information. I should of trusted my gut. Steer clear of this place. They prey on underprivileged and… desperate families. The pipeline from dfacs to here is just a money mill. As a former coweta county foster kid I know they shove kids in there to get the medical benefits to boost their profits. They "discharged" my son for "not coming in" when he most certainly did. Said I never made an appointment when I CALLED TO CANCEL it because he was sick. And proof that I called, but no appointments on their end and no idea how I made the appointment when I called on July 2 to schedule for July 14th. But, oh I have a bill of over $700 and yall don't take my insurance. Which was never mentioned to me before. They discharged him because they weren't making enough profit off my kid. And if your kid ever has a mental health crisis in coweta county schools, REFUSE REFUSE to have them sent to pathways. Find somewhere else.

My wife is involuntary held against her will. Finally I went by and a lady was kind enough to get a medical waiver. It's just so hard not knowing what's going on. Update. My wife had barbiturate in her system when… admitted. Pathways injected her with an antipsychotic. I think they did this while she was in shock from date rape. Please check and see 👀 if people use drugs before injecting them. My wife has never done drugs. Now you guys have made her more insane.

This place gave me the wrong medication at the medication window. I asked them three times to check and see if it was right they refused. So I took the medicine and ended up in a coma in Piedmont and hospital for 3… weeks not one person from this facility checked on me to see how I was doing. This place is so unprofessional it is unbelievable. They violated HIPAA laws I don't know how many times it is absolutely unbelievable this place should be shut down

My son was here for five days. He has been to a facility before, but he said this experience was better even though I never spoke with a doctor. The facility is clean. He participated in group and sports. Very… professional.

Truly incredible place to go! I see Dr. Carter and she is phenomenal. I’ve been going here for a few years now and I recommend them to everyone. This is a great & safe place for anyone in need of help.

It is extremely hard to even set an appointment to see anybody with out waiting weeks to a month. The one time I did see a doctor I came in only to be told that I had to sit in a room and meet with her virtually. Now… it’s a mandatory to see the doctor before I can even receive a refill on my prescription when I’ve never even met the lady in person. On top of that I have to do a walk in to make an appointment without even being guaranteed that I’m going to be seen. Personally speaking I wouldn’t recommend anyone here unless your needs are not frequently needed. If you are okay with waiting weeks and months to be scheduled then this is the place for you.

Absolute garbage works here, they refused to give me a doctors note, kept hanging up on me and putt me on hold for hours, just utter trash. All they care about is money here so please seek help anywhere else but at… pathways.

My brother struggles with schizophrenia and in a psychosis we were actually able to encourage him to voluntarily admit himself here. Less than 36 hours into his “72 hour hold” we get a phone call at 2 am from my brother… in JAIL!!!! They are understaffed and when an incident broke out between a few patients, they were not equipped to de-escalate the situation themselves and called police. My brother who has never ONCE been physically violent was arrested for battery due to a “he said, she said” (staff didnt review camera footage until later and director told us he didn’t see my brother hit anyone!) and now we will have additional court fees and a legal battle to take on. Not to mention the additional TRAUMA he endured from this incident! It was HUGE for him to finally take the step and voluntarily admit himself for help. We thought he would be safe and getting help here. It was the complete OPPOSITE and they didn’t even have the decency to call and notify me whom he had given them his complete consent to share records and info with. An ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE of an already horrible situation for my brother and our family. Your family is NOT safe here!!!! Maybe a year ago but not anymore! Find somewhere else!

I had an awful time there. Short staffed. Everyone is grouped together instead of seperately. Fogged up windows. Sink didn't work. Door jammed. They also made me experience my ptsd all over again. I don't recommend… coming here.

Terrible experience please do not take you loved one here for help. While I was in outpatient program they continuously changed my medication without my knowledge. There was never any in-depth counseling, tried multiple… people there. The atmosphere is nothing pleasant it is clear that all anyone there wants to do is go home, no one I talked to including front desk was committed to any part of their job. One therapist threatened to call the cops on me accusing me of being under the influence of drugs while in session!!! Even had a coworker follow me out to my car and take my license plate(now driving a diff car thankfully). The staff there have no clue how to handle their patients. Please if you have a child do not bring them to this facility, it would be a waste of your time and a major set back mentally ❤️

Thank you to everyone at this facility. My experience was great here. A special shout out to Miss Khadijah. She is one of the hardest workers in that facility. Give that woman a raise! Also thank you to the counselors… who took great care with assisting me with my discharge.

Don't go there with any money bc you will have to thru hoops and make more then one trip back up there to get what is rightfully yours! They had no idea where my money was, then it popped up and they had it for me after… I returned to get it WHEN THEY TOLD ME TOO! please don't go on with any valuables or the same thing could happen to you!
