Pecan Valley Centers for – Cleburne Detox and Rehab Services

The provision listed at Pecan Valley Centers for – Cleburne is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Pecan Valley Centers for – Cleburne Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 1601 North Anglin Street, Cleburne, Texas, 76031. Johnson County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

They really dont care about you as a person and they give out your medical to JC officials without consent. Definitely consider Johnson County Crisis Center instead.

I've been with Pecan Valley MHMR off and on for nearly 20 years. If you’re struggling with anxiety or feel like you can’t move forward, I’m living proof that you can. I now run my own business, and the staff here… (specifically my provider, Kyle Kessler) has been a huge part of that stability. My advice: Be totally honest. I started bringing my fiancé to appointments for clarity and to remove my own bias about my symptoms, and the care has never been better. Don’t let the fear of being seen or judged stop you from your own venture. You aren't alone, and these people genuinely care.

Few mins in front of a screen talking to a person who isn't an actual psychiatrist. Pills that do nothing but make the real problem worse to be given different pills to make the problem even more worse. I had a severe… panic attack after taking the meds they gave me. How can you diagnose a person in a few minutes?. You can't. Period. Here try these pills... Nope didn't work...Here try these. Texas is by far one of the worst mental/medical healthcare providers for low income people in the nation. Facts.

These guys are a lot nicer than people seem to make out. I’ve been going here on and off for 6 years, my fault really. Covid has changed the game some. My only complaint is if you miss two consecutive appointments you… have to restart the entry process all over, I’ve done it at least 3 times. Other than that it’s great, they seem to listen to me though my favorite doctors have left and I see granado now. My case managers have been great, I really love my new one miss Gana. I’m giving 5 stars to help review, but it’s honestly deserving of a 4 to 4.5 as it can always improve.

American healthcare, what can I say, it sucks and they are trying their best I guess? But regardless the counselor sucks and stuff

I have never met an unkind worker at this place. They are always calm and helpful. The waiting times for getting an appointment can be longer than desirable, but once in they do their best to give you the attention and… help that you need and deserve. This place has been so much help for my family.

My child, 16m, has been in the YES waiver through MHMR for 11 years. 4 in Tarrant county and the last 7 with Pecan Valley. Tarrant was a nightmare. Constantly changing Case Managers and CLS’s. No continuity for a child… who is autistic and bipolar. The Drs refused to ever adjust meds resulting in him being hospitalized 10 times in 4 years. The purpose of the YES waiver is to reduce pediatric hospitalizations. Go figure. When we moved to Cleburne and Pecan Valley he had had the same Case Manager and CLS the entire 7 years. The Case Manager he started with is now the director and still sees him. His CLS is now the director of the company that provides those services and still sees him. They have bent over backwards and been creative in helping him. He has improved so much and has only had 2 hospitalizations in the 7 yrs. He is in his last year in the program and I can’t say enough about how the transition is going. Every contingency is being handled. Thank you Christa and Chris and Kim.

Think I have ptsd just from this place. Awful experience first time. Staff were nicer second time discharged me. Avoid if u can should only be used if no option staff is nice. But state mental health usually means ur… gonna fall through. Do better

Lacy was a wonderful, compassionate case worker and always helpful. She works so hard to get the help you need! Counseling program was ok but the counselor was also compassionate, kind and tries to keep your chin up… when the chips are down. I have a long way to go with counseling still.

This place is amazing. The staff is kind and helpful, every provider gives me better help than many expensive out of pocket clinics I've used, the facility is great, and they provide tons of services, including a… pharmacy that can offer free meds to the uninsured, staffed with friendly pharmacists that honestly are more on top of my meds and refills than I am. I'll admit there was a chaotic period when administration was severely understaffed, but honestly these days it's one of the smoothest running clinics I've ever been too, and I used to make actual money at one point in my life.

My adult son has been going to Pecan Valley for about 3 years now. He suffers from severe social anxiety and depression. He is on his third case manager at this time. It's hard for him to open up and talk to new people,… so every time he gets transferred to another case manager, it's basically like him starting over. But we understand things happen. My son was starting to make some progress, which was great! He was just assigned a new case worker and we have been trying to get an appointment with him for 3 weeks now. I've yet to hear back from him... When I call, I never get to talk to him, they always just have to give him a message. I can't believe that out of all the hours there are in a 3 week time span, he can't find 15 minutes to call us back. I'm very very disappointed and angry! To me, it shows that some of their staff don't really care about people...it's just a "job" to them.

Our experiences with Pecan Valley have been nothing short of exceptional. All of the staff has gone above and beyond to provide essential services. They will think out of the box, make sure all of the benefits our child… is entitled to she is receiving. I also appreciate the case managers continually reaching out to make sure we are ok.
