Do not go here unless mandated. They will not correctly submit your appointments to insurance, even if you go at least once a month for over 6 months. Every single time they have said they will fix the problem, but it… has not been fixed. They have confirmed they have the information they need to do their job, but won't do it! Still not able to reimburse something through a medical account until it has gone through insurance. It's getting close to the deadline, so we're about to start reporting them anywhere that regulates this type of medical establishment. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Update: The account was put through a review that took months. Finally submitted to insurance, which covered everything already paid! They owe us money and have not communicated how they will be reimbursing it! Where's our money?! (Keep in mind this was AFTER receiving a reminder with someone else's appointments and PII mailed to us. Your information is not safe here!)

If i could give 0 stars i would. CVS tried to get a new script for my venlafaxine, they never got a response. I tried to call on a Monday when i took my last pill. I did get a call back the next day but it was for the… money i owed, which is find but would have been nice to get my refill as well. Its been about two weeks ago and I'm still dealing with withdraw symptoms.

Even with a fully documented issue, and clean drug tests, they still will not help with adequate medication. If you get Dr. Elahi..... just go tell your problems to a rock outside, it will care more than he does.… Shopping for a real Doctor now. :)

This place is horrible. They made my wife into a vegetable and could care less. Zero stars is most appropriate. Not a real counselor that my wife saw. Crazy.....

Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had any problems with them getting back to me. My counselor just left and I couldn’t get into a new one for a couple months so that was a bummer. I went to a different psychiatrist at… first and he was ok but then I felt like he wasn’t listening to me since my meds consistently weren’t working. But then I switched to another psych/dr and she is wonderful. She’s works with me, listens to me, and helped me understand my problem more. She also has managed to find the right medicines for me and that has never happened. I actually feel like myself again, so thank you.

The most uncaring group of people. I’ve been going to this location for around three years. My most recent therapist started the process of a new diagnosis, sent me for testing by my primary care physician, which was… done and sent to her office in February. I followed up six times in five months and the practitioner I had been seeing, Tonya Gessler, never returned a single phone call. I finally asked to be transferred to a new doctor. When I went to this new doctor today, Mansoor Elahi, He informed me that no information for this new diagnosis had been recorded. He was incredibly rude and refused to listen to me. He treated me as if I was there just to push for medication I didn’t need. He insisted that I was sent for the medical testing as a routine process, yet claimed that he did not know what my previous practitioner had done. He tried to give me a treatment I had already tried before that did not work. He told me that I was being argumentative, and that he was trying to help me, yet he repeatedly asked me the same questions because he was not listening. Apparently trying to get your practitioner to understand that you’re in in your crisis is being argumentative. He did not even try to continue down the same path that I’ve been working for the last nine months, even though he can see that I’ve had the same complaint for the three years I’ve been going to this location. In the end, he did not even refill my medication when it’s past due and tried to get them to schedule me in another four weeks time, which would have put me entirely out of medication for a significant timeframe. This type of behavior is exactly why people turn to alternative methods to treat their mental health, because they are not believed when there is clear evidence of an issue. Steer clear from this office if you’re able. They are not responsive and calloused to people with real problems.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely horrible. The psychiatrist are worthless. One told me I'm too young to feel the way am. So changed to a different one and that one didn't even have there paper… work in order and didn't know who I was let alone was running behind and only got a 5 minute session, to only tell me to look on YouTube to find coping skills to help with my anxiety. Then they keep charging me for sessions I didn't even came to. Find a different place asap!

AVOID HERE!!! They will call you and cancel with no warning for no reason, then tell you that they will "call you when they can". They can't schedule you for more than once a month even when you have severe depression… and bad thoughts

Have called them numerous times and left several messages have not received a phone call back call today and the scheduler finally answered and I was in the middle of giving her information and she hung up on me and was… not very pleasant… Not a very good way to start off making somebody feel comfortable… It’s already hard enough to talk to somebody let alone have somebody be rude and disrespectful when you’re trying to schedule an appointment to get the help that you need… I have heard good things about them but I’ve also heard that the scheduler is not very professional…

Called and set an appointment and they never called during the scheduled time. Tried to follow up for another appointment and never got a call back.

I found a definite change of direction in my life since I started going there. I have learned about my disease and how to adjust myself during difficult situations. I would recommend them.

I love this place. They have an amazing staff along with counseling and prescription services. If you don't qualify for Medicaid or assistance they even have a sliding scale for your income.

Cindy Ball , Judy And Michael and Dr Zook as well as Dawn and the rest of these staff is like family to me i have lil support with my disease but they have changed my quality of life. Also the two track group Dr Bob… love all of you guys.
