This man is a hero for taking a tuff situation for the people who have these… classes and making it easy with no stress to complete and move on.. This place is a God send. A councillors are wonderful, funny and teach you a lot of good stuff.Anytime in need, they're here for you.If you need one on one. They make the groups entertaining And helpful. The people in… the group help each other give good feedback and try to lift you up.So if you're looking for a good place to go , come here. I had a surprisingly amazing experience in my time under care by Chasity Evans. Rachel and Tasha were great to me as well. I looked fwd to my wkly therapy visits, spanned over one yr. Im 48 yrs old, with addiction… issues, mental health and physical health issues, and when I started with pyramid had legal troubles, stemmed from a substance use dui, when I also od'd while driving. Many yrs ago, my therapist of 13 yrs retired, since then I lost all hope in ever clicking with another therapist. I was originally sent to chasity, court mandated, but after I received my completion certificate, I wanted to and was able to continue therapy with her for an additional 7 mths or so, which helped me so much more than she already did. I now have the confidence in continuing counseling, and finding a therapist for long term. All 3 ladies are surely missed !!

Great place to get treatment!! Frank S. Is one of the best counselors in the world!! They really helped me get myself together.

Very knowledgeable and caring counselors

if you come here because of probation you better off lying about everthing on intake because they will put you in PHP, its the last place you want to be. Anna is extremly annoying and Niki and her think they know it all… im warning you stay away from this place. they dont care about you im telling you stay away. The crew does not know the roots of rehab or mental health they are actors they dont care about ur real world strugles they sre there to punishe you

Pyramid provided a supportive & structured environment that made a real difference in my recovery. My counselor Frank was compassionate, knowledgeable, & genuinely invested in each person’s progress. The group sessions… (both IOP & GOP) were insightful & helped me build practical coping skills I use every day. I appreciated the balance between accountability & understanding—it created a space where I felt safe to be honest and grow. This program gave me the tools and confidence to move forward with a healthier, more stable life. Thanks guys ☺️

It's the best place ever

My experience with this place has been very individualized. There’s no one fits all. Just like in recovery. They have been very patient with me especially the young Office coordinator, Tasha. I would highly recommend… this place for people who are in recovery or on probation.

Caring and insightful.

Place is very unprofessional. Went there for a drug and alcohol evaluation. I just need to complete this for penndot in order to get my license back. Guy that did my evaluation said I was good and cleared me of needing… further treatment. I passed my drug screenng. My Dui was 3 years ago and I haven't drank since that night. I even checked myself into in patient rehab for a few weeks voluntarily. He says he will submit the info over to my Probation officer once they get the drug screening back from the lab but I passes the drug test there they gave me. He calls me back 3 hours later and says I need 6-8 weeks of treatment after he already cleared me of needing any treatment. I dont even think about alcohol or crave it one bit. This place is just money hungry. I do not recommend this place for drug and alcohol evaluation. Very unprofessional, 0 stars of I could

I had togo to pyramid for IOP and GOP, the groups were nice, not to big or overwhelming, the time slots available let me manage my home and work life around my sessions. I had Nate as a counselor and he was absolutely… amazing.

Good therapist

Pyramid was very helpful from the start my counselor Jamie Groff was great very compassionate and knowledgeable he made it a great process for me and I learned some new tools from him to maintain my sobriety

The staff here goes above and beyond for their clients Frank is an awesome counselor with so much knowledge and understanding of addiction and how to remain clean he helped me so much thank you frank and Tasha helped me… immensely with resources that I needed she's literally the best. I felt like family here not just another client.

absolutely terrible services. you can NEVER get ahold of anyone wether it be to schedule an evaluation or talk to your counselor. it just rings and rings or says user busy. the groups are USELESS. no one in there even… wants to be in there they all are mandated. i called 30 times the one time and every single location they have is the same number. the whole thing is pointless. i cant even believe that this place calls themselves an intensive outpatient program. there is nothing intense about it. there is no help. i hope this place gets ALL NEW STAFF cause whoever is running it now is useless. so useless yall cant even answer a phone after someone calls LITERALLY 30 times.
