The staff have been here for a long time. They care about your treatment. They want to make sure that you are getting the help that you are needing and wanting. They meet you where you are and give you resources if you… are having trouble. You can ask anyone there for anything and they are all willing to help at any time.
Staff is awesome, we'll the nurses and Rachel and a handful of counselors, shout out to Vanda! The way the run the clinic though is not the best!
This place has changed my life for the better allowed me to live a good prosperous, life, drug free and crime free have been that way for the last five years. I can’t say enough about the people that work here.

I just started here yesterday as a matter of fact, but seems there's been some advances in the methadone treatment practices since that of yesteryears when I used to attend ITC , and everyone seems friendly enough,… doctor was very thorough in my physical, if anything I'd say they went out of their way to be accommodating to my needs
Over medicated under staffed
If you have a job you care about don’t consider receiving treatment here .. they do not care about your job or life outside of the clinic. Some counselors as well as the girls in the office are great and will do… anything they can to help you. The director is very unpleasant and the doctor is not very friendly. Don’t get me wrong , methadone is a miracle drug and works wonders , if you can commit your time to this facility it might work out for you , if you have a job and responsibilities I would look elsewhere.
