i hate feeling judged by smallminded workers that dont understand people who are different the management needs to retrain the people to be more polite and professional instead of being judgemental like a kid can you… please investigate this issue?

I've been at Clean Slate for about five years now. They have changed employees a few times but everyone who has ever worked there was beyond great. Most of the employees are in recovery themselves so they really… understand. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My appointments never last more than ten minutes and they get me back really quickly. If you are considering MAT Treatment I highly recommend Clean Slate to help with your recovery.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up about my experience. I was a patient in a program for people in recovery and was assigned to this provider Jennifer Gross. From the very… beginning, I felt dismissed and unheard. Anytime I brought up concerns whether about my health or my personal life they were brushed off as if they didn’t matter. One moment that really stood out was when I opened up to her about how hard it is being Black in this town and the discrimination I’ve experienced. Instead of acknowledging my experience or even showing basic empathy, she completely shut me down and asked me what does that have to do with her!! That conversation made it clear to me that she wasn’t someone I could trust with my care. She is not very approachable and often came across as if she was above me or anyone else trying to receive help including my wife who experienced the same situation. That kind of attitude has no place in a field where compassion, understanding, and humility are essential. I ended up quitting the program because I no longer felt safe, supported, or respected under her care.

Clean Slate is a great tool to have in your box! Everyone from reception to nurse and ultimately the Dr and therapist are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and understanding. Any questions you may have, they will be… helpful and help you get resolved. Staff, the atmosphere all wonderful. 💯 Plus 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐😊

I have been clean for a long time because of them and happy they where there for me in my time of need

The whole entire staff is amazing, very helpful (will go above and beyond), respectful, caring, and actually understand and are educated on what they’re doing, been to places where they had had no business trying to… help those that were there! So this staff is so very appreciated!

Clean Slate is a very friendly and layed back atmosphere, the secretary is super. The Nurse is so awesome, very friendly, and I have seen 2 different Dr.s they both are extremely nice , they also offer a care… coordinator, she is so knowledgeable about your insurance she helps you find what ever Doctor you may need, she is full of information, helps you also find rides with medibus and meditaxi I want to thank you all you saved my life, you are super sweet and so understanding, Much Respect, thank u all again. Every appointment I have they treat us like family. They show they really care..

They are extremely compassionate and the doctors visits are in and out. I give this place a 10/10

There for awhile I did not get my meds same day, like my friend did. Now last couple of weeks it's been good. The receptionist, Jill she is one great person!!

I have been a patient here for 10 months. I have always been treated with dignity and respect. If you are someone struggling with substance abuse give them a call or do a walk in. Clean slate will open there arm's, and… hearts to help you on your way to a sober and better life.

1st visit went really well. The staff seems really knowledgeable and got me in really quick.

Great experience. Staff are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and informed. They definitely want you to walk out of that door feeling better in your own skin. It’s nice to… find a place that genuinely cares about YOU and how you feel. Would recommend to anyone.

I feel that this place is a very very good place to go to when you go you feel almost like at home comfortable the ladies there are very very friendly and it don't have a lot of people hanging around the building or in… the lobby there's Harley no one there every time I go to my appointment maybe one or two people half the time not even that and I like the fact that they don't play around as long as you are doing what you were supposed to be doing you couldn't ask for a better place to go want to give big shout out to Sarah and Jill and my nurse provider wonderful ladies

It was my first day back yesterday, as my recovering journey led me to sober living for the past 6months. I was greeted with warm smiles and open arms, and they were so happy to see me back, because really alot of… people don't make it back. You hear about them through Facebook or on the news. It's hard for addicts to ask for help, but today I've been clean for 9 months. And just by the way I was treated at this facility..Richmond! Gave me so much encouragement and I recommend Cleanslate to anyone who is struggling to reach out!!!

Fast paced. Nice casual environment but can't make a 30 day supply here. Inconvenient for disabled or no transportation every week. I do enjoy the mood or energy from The nurses and receptionists they're patient &… friendly. It's service and a smile.

The office that handles my care is amazing! I love the no nonsense but warm and friendly atmosphere. If you truly want recovery this office is where you want to go! The staff is kind helpful and friendly and the Dr.s… are definitely in it for your treatment and recovery. I would recommend this facility to anyone who really wants to recover

I would recommend this place to anyone that's struggling. The staff and doctor is sweet as pie and understand the struggles of a recovering addict. They don't treat us like we are less than and are truly helpful. I have… been to a few different addiction clinics and was treated so bad not at clean slate. So anyone who needs the help i recommend this place 100% thank you all so much for caring it truly means more than you will ever know god bless you all and those who read this.

I couldn't ask for a better addictions center. Desi truly is that one and the staff is too they treat everyone with respect, not as if we're less than. Clean slate is absolutely an amazing place to be. Thankyou clean… slate for helping change not only my life but my baby boys too.
