I’ve had such a great expedience with Seahorse behavioral! The portal they use if very user friendly and easy to send messages with questions to your prescriber. They have great communication too and get back to you in… a timely manner. My practitioner is also very friendly, caring, and informative. This practice is amazing! The providers listen and take care to treat you safely. They really recognize that the medications needed for psych had physical effects on the body and they work hard to identify risks and… prescribe safely. The practice is thorough and quick with insurance demands as well! I can't say enough good things about this group!
I Agree with Sarah, they are not educated to handle complex biopsychosocial treatment needs of people. They tried to put me on Trintellix after A DNA test stated I needed anxiety medications. If you do trust them, have… another outside psychiatrist evaluate you, your life and symptoms are not important to them. My guess is everyone that has good reviews has the proper insurance and money to get their Katamine treatments which is what they really want to “sling,” sell to you. Buyer beware.
Seahorse Behavioral is the most caring, kindest group of practitioners I have ever met. I feel so blessed to have found them. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about you as a person and makes your health a… priority, you'll want to give these ladies a call. I have never been treated so kindly by another medical professional. These ladies work together so well, and you could talk to any one of them and feel like you're talking to a friend. Kyla, the receptionist is AMAZING, she keeps you abreast of everything you need to know. I couldn't recommend Seahorse Behavioral any more. Take a moment to call them if you need help, they will work with you until they found what's best for you, I know they did it for me. 🙌
