Stay far far away from Solutions. Only worry about the bottom line with productive vs nonproductive billing hours. Not client based whatsoever. If your staff is not able to cover their scheduled session with your child… they just cancel it like it is no big deal. If you as the client need some flexibility in scheduling it is just too bad for you and your child. The psychologist they have as clinical director is rude with terrible chairside manner. When our child was diagnosed with ASD she wouldnt answer our questions a few days later and actually told us that we should have asked our questions immediately and that now she didnt have time.
Our family is extremely pleased with services from Solutions. I love all the staff and they have upgraded tremendously since they first began. Thanks for helping me and my daughters with ASD and ADHD. I'm not sure where… we would be without you all. 💙
