Spero Health – Jackson

I have had the best experience here I’ve ever had at any recovery clinic. The staff is great, they are fast and flexible, and overall I actually feel like they care about how I’m doing in my recovery. Courtney Bevins… has been a godsend as well as Dustin Inman. I love both of them and have greatly appreciated all that they do and the support they offer all of us. There’s no way I could use another clinic again unless I had to.

Dr. Emmick is a amazing doctor one of the of the best

I use to love this place until I started having a allergic reaction to the Naloxon and had to go to the hospital twice the first time they told me it wasn’t good enough to go to the hospital and take it in front of the… doctor and so that’s what I done. The doctor wrote in severely allergic to Suboxone. They told me not to take it know more so i didn’t the hospital faxed over the results and the staff and nurse practitioner there told me it wasn’t good enough and that they can’t write me nothing now until they get clarification I have gone 4 days without any medication and having bad withdrawal symptoms. They only care about themselves and the money they ask for one thing u give it to them and that’s still not good enough. I don’t recommend know one going here unless u like kissing butts. And to top it off they are always short staff and take forever to get you back. And when u have kids and can’t do group they want give u your medicine and they tell u the zoom groups are only for people with a job like having kids ain’t as hard!!!

Dr. Inman and all the beautiful ladies that work at Spero have been nothing but good to me even through mine and their toughest times. I'm truly thankful to God I found them. I transferred from Jeffersonville, IN… location. I became fond of Erica, Sarah, and Lindsey at that Spero. They made the 2 years there so easy and pleasant. Over all, Spero has been a great experience for me.

Hands down the best clinic I've ever stepped into. Everyone is so nice, fun, and non judgmental. I've went in once crying and depressed and literally left laughing so hard. The ppl there really do genuinely care for… everyone who comes there...

This resort has to be be the best place for addiction treatment centers. Their promptness and meetings teach us how to be a person again

This has been the most bogus experience I have ever had with a suboxone clinic. They make it so incredibly hard to work their program. They are unorganized, short-staffed and geared toward making money off another's… hardship. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, ever! Applegate is the place to go!

They suck I recommend impact health. Ms. Valerie refused to move me up to a month on my meds even though she knew it was very difficult for me to arrange transportation and I did the group therapy and individual even… though I hated group therapy she didn't care about my feelings or needs she just wanted my insurance money cuz every time 8 visit their office received 300.00 payme ts for each visit. Not to mention they were always short staffed including the doctors. I had to travel over an hour for every appointment and then I'd get there and they would give bogus excuses to why we would have to reschedule our appointments. Will not be returning to spreo health. very happy with impact they really listen to mine and my husband's needs and they are flexible with scheduling. Also they only make you go once a week for 4 weeks then you are moved up to once a month. So much more convenient and they really try to make your life a little easier. Yall have a nice day!

I am truly disappointed with this company. They lie, while smiling to your face. My husband had an allergic reaction to naloxone years ago and took a note from his Dr on her prescription pad saying just that. While in… the office it was said that note was sufficient, but after leaving they said the note wasn't so they had to prescribe him Suboxone anyway. Ok, so he took it anyway, sure enough, he had a bad reaction and went to his Dr and got the"actual documentation" for the allergic reaction. This whole time the office ppl and Dr Inman had been telling him as long as they had the"actual documentation" he would have no problem writing the meds he needed. Well, my husband got their"actual documentation" by having to miss 2 days of work having an allergic reaction to meds he'd already provided proof that he was allergic to, took it anyway and went to his Dr and got the"actual documentation" and when that was faxed to their office the lady was fussing that it was hand written by the Dr instead of typed, then said it was up to Dr Inman, so finally after reviewing the actual documentation, the office lady said that it wasn't good enough that the Dr didn't actually see him take the Suboxone and then see his reaction. Really? Are you kidding me? I know addicts are known liars, but this is calling the kettle black. They're saying the Dr is lying and my husband. This office is affiliated with the Savannah office and they were both in on this. First of all the 1st prescription pad note should have been sufficient. And most of all, you don't ask someone to take something they're allergic to, it could kill them. I want to cuss both offices and I do not recommend this company at all.

First visit with them, but they are always willing to find any and all ways possible in order to accommodate you, your appointments and services they provide. They have been very helpful, nice and caring.

Most awesome experience. I’ve been having going through some hard times and switching to the Jackson location I believe was my best move!! Thanks to you all!!

The staff and Dr Inman are so very caring and understanding. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are cared for. I can't say enough good things about Spero health.

Every time I walk into this clinic I feel at home and just feel very comfortable and a optimistic environment. The people and doctor makes me feel like I want to do better and stay clean for me! I would recommend anyone… to come here I've seen this place work with you if you can only pay so much and pay the rest later and they work around your job and work around your time so that u dont miss work or anything important! Spero Health I love you guys keep up the perfect work!!!
