Supportive Living – Batavia Detox and Rehab Services
Supportive Living – Batavia is listed as running residential treatment. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Supportive Living – Batavia Address, Location and Contact Information
The provider is located in Batavia, New York. The city lies within Genesee County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Colton...🤘😎Thanks for helping me with submitting my disability application.
Hi my name is Tia I've been with independent living for a long time my mind was completely blown today when I received a phone call from Ida the supervisor she proceeded to be the most disrespectful unprofessional… person I've ever dealt with over the phone. I had a situation and something going on with my caseworker we've made plans to figure out my problem but then he disappeared and I never heard from him again until I received a phone call from Ida where she was very rude telling me that I never had this conversation with my caseworker that this never happened because this is something he doesn't do. She was hounding me and questioning me about stuff she had no right to talk about that was between me and my caseworker at Independent living altogether bedside manner was terrible rude disrespectful and so far from being understanding and helpful Ida the supervisor get a new job you don't belong at Independent living if that's how you treat people. You clearly make it known that you are on a pedestal and people asking for help or in independent living are beneath you. No way to treat any human being
These people are awesome. And I mean that. They are so helpful that it inspires awe.
They're extremely helpful and understanding of life's issues and hardships. They help you through it all to the best of their abilities.
Nonjudgmental and great listeners and able to help me with all my needs! They offer hope with their compassion 🙏😁
I am 21 years old and a disabled LGBTQ+ person, I went to independent living in August of 2022 to ask for help from my care coordinator that I was referred to. She referred me to the rapid rehousing program. That… program fed me so many lies and did not do a damn thing the entire year I've been houseless. Through 2 winters now I've been searching for help, or even for a landlord, to answer me back and consider me for renting. I went back and forth with independent living, HUD, and social services and I'm still houseless. I have no family to help me and all of my friends have exhausted their effort to help me so I thought independent living could help me. It turns out they cant, or wont help me. How are these people still getting government paychecks when they aren't doing anything that their programs promise. Fire Kristen and Ida, her supervisor, in the rapid rehousing program. They dont do their work anyways, they just lie right to homeless people's faces and pass them off to HUD or social services because they just dont want to do the work to help like it says they're supposed to in their job description.
Never felt more comfortable with getting help like I did when I walked in
Do Not go to these JOKERS. They don't have many outreach programs. No support group meetings. My specialist didn't even refer me to apprairate sources. Very hands off approach. No one follows up about anything.. After… 1yr+ with this agency I have made no progress with the goals I came in with. After having my case open with 3 different workers. David D is useless as a worker. The agency as a whole is a waste of time and space..tried to get services in 2022 they refused me
Always helpful and responsive to clients
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a government agency. Christina is amazing!!! She is so great understanding down to earth and fantastic!!!
Have Katie from Independen living helping me finding a better place to live.
Little hard to find! But other than that worked with Amy was great got everything I needed done to start working! She's the best!
My mentally 13 year old daughter was homeless and could not take her in or I would become homeless while raising her 3 year old developmentally delayed child. Independent Living placed her in a motel. She filled out a… job application in an attempt to better her situation. Remember she has the mind of a teenager so she told the motel staff as well as DSS, independent living and everyone she knew that she was going to have a job the morning they called her to set up an interview. A few days later, before she had an response about the job she was evicted from the motel and told she was out of the Independent Living program for having a job she didn't disclose to them. They litterally put a child on the streets as winter was beginning so she could fend for herself. She would have been better off leaving her homeless last summer when they, "started helping her." At least she would have been able to sleep in a tent in my backyard or under a bridge. Independent Living destroyed her but giving her hope then dropping her cold when it's to cold to sleep outside. Way to go non-profit charitable organization. The man responsible Keleel still has his job and his supervisors refuse to discuss the case with her mental health case manager. Great agency so helpful. They should be shut down or at least lose there 501 c 3 tax free status that makes them a charity. Please keep her and our family in your prayers.
I recently visited this facility for assistance in filing for rental assistance. The facilitator was courteous, friendly and professional. While there I also borrowed a reacher from their loan closet. I would recommend… this organization, and have, to anyone.
Good doctors usually are able to get you in if you need an appointment
