12062024@ 930 am Hope cooperative 3615 doesn't accommodate toddlers to use restroom in facility just the Porta potties. The Porta potties seating is an size of an adult not an toddler which can traumatize the toddler...… Alot of parents allowing their child/children to be unmonitored without consulting the parents to confront the other parents... especially if the parent has an disability... I witness several parent telling my child what to do without asking me. Whom i don't even know, let alone my child; but to mention the excuse they have children too doesn't excuse any parent to tell another child what to do. I value the parents staying their but they didn't come for us in this program. 12122024 All shifts from HOPE COOPERATIVE are not acquainted with all children during meals, so the child can go first or surpasses the adult in case of an shortage, or the parent can retrieve an meal for their child. Sometimes when the muster seed school pick up or drop off VAN ARRIVES , the security doesn't inform HOPE COOPERATIVE STAFF AND IM LEFT TO MANUALLY LOOK OUTSIDE. MUSTER SEED SCHOOL SOMET8MES DOESNT CALL TO INFORM PARENTS WHEN ARRIVING, STUCK IN TRAFFIC, OR ETC... BLIND HOMELESS MALE LEFT UNESCORTED TO ARRIVE AT CERTAIN LOCATION OR STATTIONS OF 3516 HOPE COOPERATIVE. Musteer seed staff would allow children to unbuckle or buckle themselves in carpool versus staff carpool drivers. 12122024 @ 5pm went to check on the food I brought for my son at 12noon to find it a little bit of food in the box. The person who ate the food was an new guest/resident who stated he didn't know the food had my name on the box. My Question is why didn't a staff member pointed out the personal belongings of residents to the gentlemen? They're should be an big sign stating residential personal Belonging station. Informing new guest goes an long way. HOPE OPERATIVE 3615 No cameras of GUEST OR RESIDENT FOR PERSONAL BELONGING STORAGE. ● 1238 noon while coming from the gas station across the street, witness an disable woman who is deaf couldn't speak with small dog outside the middle of the road in traffic. An truck with the sign pool company Toyota left his vehicle and asked the lady to get out of traffic. She would t move and the male push the lady, while she pushed back and the white male with gray hair drew his weapon but not pointing to the lady. The deaf lady was escorted by HOPE OPERATIVE PERSONNEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YELLOW MARGIN BEFORE ESCORTED TO THE SITE. DONT KNOW IF THE MALE WAS AN UNDER COVER. TWO POLICE OFFICERS ARRIVED AT THE HOPE OPERATIVE SITE TO TAKE AN REPORT FROM THE DEAF WOMAN. 11162024 recieve laundry of towels with my name on it versus an laudry bag with my child cloths. 12172024 @ 637am my child had to spit in The trash can and the 3615 HOPE COOPERATIVE STATED NOT TO SPITT IN THE TRASH DISPENCER. 12182024 @ 644am asked staff of laundry I sent Monday and confused about the schedule time. One staff States I'm over doing versus reiterating the schedule time or writing down the issue. 12182024 @ 8AM NO SECURITY CALL FOR ARRIVAL OF MUSTER SEED SCHOOL VAN PICKUP. 12182024 recieved laundry bag of cloths returned at HOPE COOPERATIVE 3615 ● profound language use in front of an minor everyday HOPE COOPERATIVE 3615. ● threats are sometime being made in the men dormitories to each other in front of the minor at HOPE COOPERATIVE 3615. ● Staff start making sarcastic jokes when asking to use or to get toilet paper. 12212024 @ 10am white female from women dorm walks inside male dorm talking to significant other without staff escort. ● 12282024 @ 3PM MR GONZALEZ OFFERS MY SON KASHIS DOG FOOD AND JOKING ABOUT GIVING THE FOOÐ IN THE KITCHEN. MY SON ATE THE FOOD TWICE. WHY DO RESIDENCE AND WARMING CENTER GUEST AND RESIDENCE THINK ITS OKAY TO DISTURB AN FAMILY WHEN THEYRE TRYING TO EAT. 12292024 the smell of MARIJUANA NUMEROUS TIME AT HOPE COOPERATIVE 3615 INSIDE THE MENS DORM BUT NOT MIXED WITH FENTINYAL. Reported smell to the supervisor. She stated couldn't smell the marijuana. ● 211 SUPERVISOR TERES CANT GIVE CLIENTS HMIS SCO

Called today to connect a client with services, got the voicemail which was totally fine. Began to leave a voicemail, to which “someone” picked up the phone and slammed it down. This obviously let me know someone was… near the telephone. Being that my reason for calling was very urgent, I called back twice. Finally some unprofessional girl named Mikayla answers and proceeds to raise her voice at me stating that she’s on the phone and that’s why she’s not answering my call. She then proceeded to hang up in my face. Had she let me complete my voicemail as the prompt asks, maybe I wouldn’t have had to call back? She was EXTREMELY unprofessional, so much so I will be reaching out to management and my client will be filing a grievance with the county due to experiencing the same thing. Highly recommend her not working in the MHS field.

HOPE SEPERATED MY FAMILY.. me and my girl were both put on the streets around the same time we had our baby living with her grandmother until we found our own place to sleep.. when hope called to do my intake I was at… work and was unable to pay full attention. Ultimately Leading to me being rejected by the program both my daughter and bm were living in.. now my family is in next step and I’m still stuck on the streets based on a voicemail I left one of the workers.. To sum it up HOPE IS CHOOSY AND IS VERY CONDITONAL FOR WHO THEY DO AND DO NOT HAVE COMPASSION FOR. HOPE SEPERATED MY FAMILY BASED ON THERE OWN JUDGEMENT OF MY CHARACTER 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION TAKE THAT. Don’t put faith in hope to have sympathy or mercy for you or yours …

I would not recommend this place to someone in need of mental health. I feel very abused by this place. I was referred here by Heritage Oaks Hospital. I came in diagnosed with PTSD and MDD. My medication I was given at… HOH was great for me, I had no issues. I used to see 2 different Doctors here at HOPE, It seemed to be they were just agreeing with each others notes and not listening to me and what I was feeling. One doctor immediately changed my medication and I said I didn’t want that, it seemed that he thought he knew better and was dead set on switching my medication to satisfy the fact that he felt he knew better. Only after reading the others notes, both doctors tried to tell me I have Bi-polar disorder which I have never been diagnosed with. I have been seeking mental health help for 10 years and I have never been diagnosed bi polar, never in 10 years. I come here and ask for medicine strictly for PTSD and they tell me NO and that I have Bi-Polar disorder... Neither of them ever really listened TO ME!! It’s obvious they do not care! Getting an appointment set is horrible, doctors only work 1 day a week, they are always booked and you have to wait up to a month or longer. They treated me with no real respect or regard. So they “claim and diagnose me as bi polar” but I have PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder. So, they put me on medication for people who have Schizophrenia and are Bi-Polar!!! This was ridiculous!! They put me on 6 different medications and they were all for conditions and diagnosis’s I never had… I was worse off, it was horrible, my mental state was horrendous and scary. I really fell into a horrible, dangerous, painful, psychotic and terrifying state… They are power hungry and it devastated my mental well being. If it is true and I’m bi polar which I know I am not, why would you put me on medication for Schizophrenia??? It makes no sense. I will never go back here again. They give horrible advice, horrible diagnosis, and horrible prescriptions.

A complete and total shameless farce without any redeeming qualities, whatsoever. I feel sorry for anyone who has run out of other options, and must rely upon this organization for assistance, because most assuredly… that person isn't going to receive anything remotely close to the professional help they are looking for. If someone is faced with the prospect of having to go to Hope Cooperative RST for assistance, they would probably be better off going to a public library and doing their own research on whatever it is that is bothering them. That is exactly how bad the services provided by this particular agency actually are.
