Topeka ER and Hospital – Topeka

The staff were very pleasant. I got the care i wanted. I would definitely use them again.

This is honestly the best hospital I have ever been to. The doctors and staff were incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive. They took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and make me feel like I truly… mattered. There was no long wait, and everyone treated me like family. The doctors knew exactly what was wrong and took the time to make sure I received the care I needed. I have never had an experience like this at a hospital before. This is the only place I will go in Topeka, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care. Thank you to the entire staff for making such a difficult experience so much easier!

This facility was absolutely amazing. The care I received was top notch and so patient focused. If I could remember my nurses and dr’s names I would definitely give a huge shout out. Prompt excellent and thorough care.… I definately will be suggesting all my family and friends to come to this facility.

I was seen right away . Doctor said everything was good and my ear was perfect. The next day I was in pain and still draining fluid and probably infected. I’m going to another doctor now.

This place is CLEANED, ORGANIZED and SMELLS GREAT. The front desk employee was beautiful and treated me well with respect and concerns. The nurses and doctor in the back were understanding and took time to hear my… medical complaint. The doctor gave me temporary meds to aliviate my chronic pain. The x-ray staff was awesome. It didn't take long to be called and we didn't stayed waiting for 50 million years. I will definitely go back there for my medical needs.

I was thoroughly impressed with the Topeka ER. From the front desk staff to the nurses, doctor, lab and radiology techs, everyone was polite, compassionate, and efficient. They brought my dad back almost immediately and… carefully listened to all of my concerns. I was pretty shaken up about his breathing, and the staff kept us updated as soon as results came in, which I truly appreciated. I also had my 2-year-old daughter with me, and they were so sweet to her—they brought her a little stuffed animal with suckers inside, which meant so much and helped make a stressful situation a little easier. I would absolutely recommend the Topeka ER. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of my dad and our family!

Highly recommend This emergency care private hospital was wonderful service professional very caring this is wonderful for Topeka only problem they are not excepting Medicare at moment because Medicare has them jumping… hoops again for for more info.

My dad got his earring caught on his seatbelt and it ripped his earlobe off. We walked in with him covered in blood, and the lady at the front desk made us fill out 5-10 minutes worth of paperwork while he was bleeding… everywhere. Made him pull out his ID and insurance card while he was actively bleeding all over the floor with his earlobe torn in half. I get that they see a lot of things in an ER, but the care and urgency we received here were HORRIBLE. I would never recommend someone to come here in an emergency.

Topeka ER is now and will forever be my go to for most emergencies. Last week, I had the rather unfortunate experience of my first kidney stone. I was in a severe amount of pain and was able to seen quickly and get… relief while they tested for the cause. Dr. Rogers called it immediately as a kidney stone and admitted me for observation. Later that night I went home to see how things would go. Unfortunately, I was back on Friday night with worse pain. The inpatient nurses and techs took such great care of me until Monday when they arranged transfer to urology at KU. I wish I could remember all the names of the wonderful team that took care of me because I would list them all here for recognition. No one ever wants to be sick or in the hospital, but if you have to be there, we all deserve the level of care and comfort that I found at Topeka ER. They brought me a sound spa, turned out the monitor alarms, gave me a robe and toiletry kit to take a shower. Just so great! Thank you everyone for all the love and care! I hope not to see you soon at all, but appreciate you more than I can say!

Went to get my toddler swollen leg looked at and they completely dismissed me when they thought I didn’t have insurance my son has an infection in his leg and they told me to just give him ibuprofen and Benadryl we’ll… never go back

Great service when our son was sick and needed ER attention. Great pediatric care, friendly nurses and doctor helped bring clarity and quality care.
