About Trilogy Inc – Chicago
Trilogy Inc operates from 1400 West Greenleaf Avenue in Chicago, close enough to Evanston and Lincolnwood to serve both. Within around 6 miles that includes Lincolnwood, Skokie, Wilmette and Kenilworth. Chicago sits in Cook County, and the county’s own provision is limited enough that this site draws from a wide area.
Trilogy Inc offers intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Approved medication runs alongside counseling, which is what medication-assisted treatment means in practice. Both conditions are worked on in parallel, which is what the evidence supports. Remote appointments are offered, useful for anyone without transport. The facility provides trauma-specific treatment. Trilogy Inc is federally registered and licensed by the Illinois Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery.

Trilogy Inc – Chicago Detox and Rehab Services
What Trilogy Inc – Chicago offers is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone can ask what a typical week looks like before starting. Cost, travel and waiting time are all worth weighing together.
The record shows integrated treatment rather than one problem then the other. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. What suits one person will not suit another, so ask directly. It is reasonable to ask how progress is reviewed and by whom.

This is a public service announcement. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and expect Trilogy to assist you, you will be incredibly disappointed. I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism, ignorance, and… disrespect in my entire life and I am someone who has been around and survived some horrific things. They are the worst. They lie, show favortism, deliberately trigger clients and show apathy more often than not. They misrepresent their services and should be held accountable for the damage they inflict upon people. Do not go to them for anything. Engaging with them will only make whatever you’re going through worse.
Let's talk about Trilogy. My adult son was interviewed and qualified for Trilogy services. After suffering a medical condition i was not able to care for him. The first year his case manager was amazing. When she left… the organization he was given another case manager who NEVER went inside his apartment to make sure he was living independently. When my son came to visit me he was in really bad condition. All they did was meet him at the lobby gave him his meds and money and left. He received NO actual service at all. After his condition continued to get worse they dropped him. Saying he can no longer receive services and left him in the streets of Chicago. This program DOES NOT help anyone!!! They should be defunded and investigated.
Today I call the intake line and spoke with a young lady by the name Jasmine she was the most calming smooth spirit she let me talk and tell my story lord knows I been thought alot, she told me alot about Trilogy and… other resources for housing 1 day this week I would be stopping by Trilogy for open access I believe in good enough and good vibes Jasmine was very outstanding and I just had to leave a review about my experience calling the intake line today
Very patient and friendly
Very nice and friendly Genoa. Pharmacy
I feel supported and seen. I'm grateful that this program exists. It literally has saved my life! FDD helped me get into a beautiful apartment in Edgewater, and my team, CST-3, helps me with everything and aids me in my… recovery journey.
Come to this place. They are excellent at helping you. Not like C4. I have been here 3 months not and they have done everything for me. plus the doctor, pharmacy and psychiatrist are all here. They have a drop in… center, where you can come and be with your friends. play cards, chess, computers, they have art groups.
It seems when you need something the team just say “well it’s not my problem” or “someone else will take care of that” attitude I needed my medication today and not a soul answered not even the people that are above the… team it’s so incredibly frustrating and disappointing that they treat clients like this the fact is they just don’t care anymore I wouldn’t be surprised if someone took their life and they wouldn’t care at all.
Very unprofessional don’t care about the clients only meeting a quote.
got hung up and had to call again no answer. I don't know what there problem is.
Trilogy has gone downhill significantly over the last several years and has hurt me, not helped me with my mental health issues. Many of their recovery counselors lack the intellectual ability to be of any help to… individuals who really struggle on a daily basis with their own mental health issues.THese Trilogy employees resort to bullying clients who do not have the mental ability to fight back from being intimidated and pushed around. These tactics can and do result in worsening symptoms for the struggling clients.Trilogy is only interested in billing the state of Illinois for services provided and getting more money for themselves. I have so many examples of this I would know where to start. They have hurt me and my life.
It's hard to get in contact with the caseworkers because throughout the day they are sitting in a million staff meetings. You don't know when one staff meeting ends and another begins. They spend more time in meetings… than actually helping. I show up or call they're in a meeting and no one knows when its going to end. Sit wait or call. Doesn't matter. They're in meetings. Not with clients because we're all sitting here in the waiting area. Just a waste of time. Some things are urgent. They want you to do all these things but when you need help or information they're in a meeting. The only thing that's available with little trouble is the hotline they're proud of.
Ok
They have no money for new clients. Straight out of a case worker's mouth
I do appreciate the fact that I have access to housing through front door diversion due to issues with credit caused by a family member as well as affordable access to medications. I will say I wish Trilogy would hire… older therapists or people with more experience because I've had about therapists who are the same age as me and I'm only 26 years old. I don't think they have the life experience or maturity to effectively help me with my issues and resolve them, etc.
They don't really help the people who really need it
