Everyone I know that's gone there is just as bad or worse than when they started. Their "treatment" is a waste of time
Not a specific review to this location as I tried to schedule with here and was unable to because my PCP provider was not WellSpan. Don’t waste your time trying to schedule anything with Philhaven if you don’t have a… PCP within the WellSpan network. Scheduler was very rude as soon as I mentioned my PCP network. Seems very wrong to not work with PCP outside their WellSpan network. Especially in regards to mental health.
My therapist Aleysha is absolutely Wonderful. In all my years (57) and a lifetime of therapy, this is the first time I have felt safe and able to tell my whole story. She is kind and caring and with my OK she calls me… out in a caring way, of how I could have maybe handled a situation differently. For me, I need that accountability. She is just the person I need in my life. Just happy with all my productive sessions with Aleysha and for once in my life I actually (no lie) look forward to seeing her. The front end staff is wonderful also!! Missy is absolutely wonderful and so kind and accommodating. Thank you all for your kindness and understanding of my mental health journey.
Trying to schedule an appointment seems absolutely impossible. Jumping through hoops just to get someone on the phone.
My wife was receiving help there she has chronic insomnia been taking ambiance for ever not thing you know they don't take her insurance drops her in other words screw you do your life suffer. Instead given heads notice… to find her another provider. Or meds to last until then. Now I have a wife who hasn't slept in days and wants to be suicidal I as a spouse have do deal with her crying desperate not wanting to eat can't work can't cook can't function. They should be accountable for addicting people with these pills then dropping them cut of just like that. Doctors all you care is money no concern for our well being. And yes I was a client as well. Pill free for 20 years. Thnks for the damages.

They’re not bad by any means, but I’ve gotten better help from other places. They’re yet another place to not catch onto the fact that I actually have ADD causing depression rather than just depression alone. At least… despite the misdiagnosis they were still on the right track as to the right medication to give me as the place I go to now gives me a similar form of the antidepressant.
