The therapist assigned to me came off as rude, emotionally detached and confrontational. I left after five minutes. The interaction put me in a depressed state the rest of the day. And I was just diagnosed with… childhood PTSD.

They won’t let you switch doctors once one is established so if you don’t like who you have you’re stuck with them. They love ssris here, probably too much. I’m only still here out of convenience I’m not happy with my… prescriptions and I feel blatantly ignored

I’ve had a primarily positive experience here, especially with the workers at the front desk who are always so nice and helpful. The psychiatrist I meet with is an expert at handling sensitive topics with care and… asking clarifying questions without coming off as unsupportive or unkind in any way. Overall, I would recommend this practice to others.

Absolutely and incredibly friendly staff, easy to communicate with and have been extremely helpful for everything and anything I have needed help with.

Avoid this place at all costs. The evaluator was rude, judgmental, and completely unprofessional. She ignored the information provided, dismissed my concerns, and produced a report so inaccurate it bordered on fiction.… The number of false statements and misrepresentations in the evaluation was staggering. When a facility entrusted with assessing children shows this level of incompetence, it becomes a liability rather than a resource. This experience was unacceptable, unethical, and deeply concerning.

Unacceptable/unethical Under NO circumstances should you bring your child here! Staff was rude, especially the evaluator who was condescending, judgmental & clearly inept, and was even disrespectful to my daughter!… Psychological 'evaluator' clearly disregarded all the paperwork I had been required to fill out prior and then even more paperwork at the visit which was dismissed, while also blatantly ignoring what I was saying during the visit - but even more concerning & reprehensible is the twisting of the narrative given by the wildly skewed and insanely incorrect evaluation. Outright lies throughout the multipage report which show how much their employee was actually listening and trying to even practice appropriately! Considering filing a complaint against her license, if she even has one!! Avoid this incompetent place at all costs!

We received an appointment for an assessment in a timely manner. The provider was thorough and compassionate. The evaluation was very detailed and had clear recommendations at the end. The office helped me apply for the… necessary medical assistance - which is a daunting process! All my questions were thoroughly and kindly answered along the way. Thankful for this resource in our community.

I will never go to place ever again they messed my child brain up so bad with different medications it's not funny they never told me the medicine would cause homicidal threats . And they dont care about there patients… at all or the parent on what they are going through. They just want push medications on . Thats all they are is med pushers.

I would give zero stars if I could!!! Always late but we are expected to be on time. Rude and absolutely nasty.

I went here starting in like 2008 with Dr Beaver ended with Dr DeGuzman like 2021. Never had any problems, always treated well, just moved away.

I went here to continue my medicine regiment I've had for the past 3.5 years of Adderall and Wellbutrin. I was adamant I didn't want anything to change and was told it shouldn't be a problem at all. After a month of… waiting for my appointment with a PA, after 40 minutes of the appointment, tells me that she chooses not to prescribe stimulants for people who use marijuana. She wanted to change my whole medicine regiment and I am not comfortable with that. Especially since I had told them very clearly I didn't want to change.

I have been with Teamcare for over 10 years. I am so pleased with the consistantancy they display from front desk to the doctors and health care people all the way to Michael in billing . Nothing less than 100% everytime

I like it here a lot, compared to other places. Yes, wait times can be incredible, but that's a problem without our entire healthcare "system," particularly when it comes to psychiatric care. The front staff bend over… backwards to help with billing, scheduling, etc., and are always very polite and cordial. The doctors are cool...I mean, whatever, that's probably the same everywhere. Some good things, some bad things.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a psychiatrist. I was extremely anxious talking about the past and my mental health. I was made to feel safe, given compassion and comfort. I never had an experience like this… when addressing my mental health concerns.

I attended an appointment with my bf. Later, we tried to correct notes in his file. The doc literally misunderstood me and they wouldn't change it! The more we argued, the more they got angry. We are no longer welcome… there.

If you have ADHD, stay far away from this place. They will not raise the dosage of your meds. I could swear they try to go out of their way to make you angry, so you show a higher blood pressure. They don't understand… or even try to understand ADHD. The front desk staff is horrible. Their late fees are horrible. I paid a late fee and the one receptionist was smiling a little too broadly. I showed up 6 mins late and I was charged. I paid the late fee, but they still sent me a letter. I asked about it and they threatened to cancel my service if I was late again. When you go to place like that, one would expect a little empathy, you won't get that here. This place is toxic, and it leaks over to the patients. I would not go here, unless it is your only option to get the meds you need.

You guys are beyond lucky I have spent thousands of dollars on an attorney to win custody not just once but two other times total. This office did a 6 month service with my daughter WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE. WASN’T UNTIL I… GOT A RELEASE FORM FROM THE SCHOOL MONTHS LATER WHEN I FOUND OUT. FATHERS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS MOTHERS SO PLEASE RETRAIN ALL FEMALE STAFF ACCORDINGLY SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

I have been looking for places to go for a couple of weeks now for a re-evaluation and med check and I had a great experience with my first appointment here! The receptionist and doctors are kind and professional and… were able to schedule my initial and follow-up visit very quickly, definitely somewhere I'm looking forward to going back to

Oh man, I don't usually leave reviews for places, but I feel obligated. TL;DR unprofessional, dirty, rude, bad management This has to be one of the most poorly run facilities I have ever seen. My concerns were not taken… seriously or adequately understood. If I had known that they couldn't help me, I never would have gone. Let's start with location, this facility is located next to the most depressing location possible, the social security office. I couldn't think of a worse place to put it. Perhaps the DMV? a prison? maybe a graveyard. The interior is dirty, and poorly upkept. peeling paint, scuffs on doors, walls, and ceilings somehow. broken lighting fixtures, dirty bathrooms, with offices that while slightly better, are still cold, sterile, and unwelcoming. Now, all of that is minor potatoes, the real problem with this place is the management. Though the receptionists are little better. I will say that the therapist that I was assigned there seemed excellent, and I feel bad that she has to work at a place that disrespects its clients. I had a simple problem with one of their nurses working there, and when I voiced some of these concerns, I have never seen a whole staff turn on someone so quickly. I simply wished to request a different nurse to work with, and instead of any questions being asked of me, or how I felt, or why I might want to change that, I was treated rudely, condescendingly, and patronizingly. I have worked in customers service for years before and that is never necessary. For a place that claims to care about mental health, they seem a lot more interested in their own egos, busy work, pushing papers, and ignoring the needs of their patients. Edit: I forgot to mention this but when I was finally able to speak with management, they too didn't take my concerns seriously or ask for any clarifying questions. They were immediately hostile, and tried to just give me different addresses of places to go to instead of trying to work with me in any way. After waiting for well over a month for the appointment, I do not think any of the behavior I've seen from this team is up to the standards they should be.

Beware of scam. For real. We made an appointment, stated that we need to see Dr. Potter (and only Dr.Potter), and to establish therapy sessions. Came for "intake" (not with the female requested but with another male… person), spent insurance and time and copay only to learn that Dr.Potter is NOT available for new patients, and therapy is not available (unless paid by state insurance). My teen daughter had to go through some unnecessary conversation with some random person only so we would leave and never come back. I am very angry, and I reported fraud via my insurance company.

We love team care behavioral health! The experiences are always wonderful! We have been going there for many years and plan to stay for many more!!

The worst part is, I lost my health insurance. I tried to get another one, but because they were so greedy, they didn't accept my insurance. So don't expect anything good from them. And I'm referring to the people in… the billing department. I can't complain about my doctor; they're there to help patients, not to kick them out like they're nothing.

Horrible! My daughter was evaluated, medicated, and stable for several months. When a medication adjustment was necessary, they told me she had been "discharged". They refused to see her unless we went through the… entire elongated intake process from the beginning to be seen again, as 6 months had past since the last visit. This is an OUTRAGEOUS and IRRESPONSIBLE treatment policy for youth in need of reliable trustworthy psychiatric care!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!

Today was my last straw with TEAMcare . I will be filling a complaint and canceling services. My child has had 0 support with his IBHS services UNDER STAFFED no consistency i was still being pulled from work on the very… few days they came to my sons school . Any parent who truly cares about improvement in the child’s life do not go here

Please think twice about going here. The way they treat their employees is disgraceful. I honestly can’t believe this place is still open.

For the past 3 or 4 appointments the office has called me the day of the appointment to inform me that my daughter's therapist was sick and wouldn't be able to make the appointment that day. I understand that and I am… ok with that. I called today to let them know that my daughter had a fever and she wouldn't be able to make the visit today. Their response was ok well that will be 40$ since you cancelled the day of the appointment. Do not use this office.
