Would absolutely give less stars if I could. Tara was very rude and interrupting after trying to explain my son had overdosed and why I hadn’t returned the call.
I can't say enough about how they have helped me. My Caseworker Tony is absolutely amazing! He definitely goes above and beyond his duties I don't think I could have ever made it through the Darkness and pain without… him! 5 Stars isn't enough I'd give West River a million if I could, thank you for everything! The only down fall is the Caseworkers load are very heavy. That would be the only thing I'd change. Thank you West River Mental Health I appreciate you!

I feel like things definitely fell somewhere.
They do not do a good job at all. They kicked me out because I was "un-helpable" in the middle of my therapy session and since it was ended early I got BILLED because my insurance couldn't pay if it was a partial… session and they kicked me out.
It's a good thing they aren't the only clinic around anymore. I hope that friendly business competition makes them respect and care for their patients a little more.
They are supposed to be helping people and you'd think at over $200 an hour they would be.
