I'm awarding five stars to Dr K. and Tanisha and the nursing team and counselors for their tireless efforts to maintain a stable environment for patients. They are the only source of consistency in the facility. In… contrast leadership deserves zero stars due to lack of a cohesive strategic plan and a tendency to implement rigid arbitrary rule changes. This lack of oversight create a negative outlook for the program's future. Leadership should not just be forced to do better they should want to do better for the sake of the community they serve. Welcome jerrell I hope you follow the guidance Tanisha and help from the rest of the nurses you greet everybody with a smile also welcome to Alex the new IOP counselor.......

The staff are very professional and helpful. They treat you like a person not like a patient. One particular staff members stands out because she goes the extra distance to make sure you clearly understand the program… and expectations and if she doesn't know the answer you can rest assure she will have an answer by your next visit. Taneisha Goodman is an excellent example of how a nurse should perform and treat their patients. She's always pleasant even when the patient isn't and I've seen this more then once. There have been times that I've wanted to just give up and walk out and she went above and beyond to convince me not to allow temporary situations dictate my future and it's been over a year and im disappointmented I had to transfer to another program due to problems the program is having with BC/BS and she tried beyond expectations to try to fix the problem so I could stay but so far it's been unsuccessful hut she hasn't given up and continues to check in on me to keep me focused regardless of what program im in. I hope I can return soon just because of her and the confidence and hope she continues to give me. I honestly can't say anything negative about Ms. Goodman and im sure she has not so good days but you can't ever tell because she's always happy, positive, helpful , pleasant and positive. In my opinion she's the best nurse I've come across through my journey and my counselor Ms ava is the best counselor I've come across she too treats you like a person and not a patient. She goes above and beyond yo help you with anything you may be going through regardless of its program related or personal. She respects your thoughts and feelings instead of disregarding them because it isn't program related. She always does her best to provide you with resources. Ms ava is genuinely an excellent person and counselor to everyone I've ever seen her interact with and she does her best and always professional, and she does her best to make herself available to and for you. Again im really disappointed I had to transfer clinics and hope to be able to return soon because I started my new program and the one visit I've had so far has me on the fence on rather or not to stay with this clinic. My first visit and I don't like the new program at all so if there's anything that can be done for me to return please help me with that. Thank you

Winchester Health is a nice facility and has helped me to get focused on my life. My counselor Ms Smith continues to guide me, through situations as they arise whenever I need her. She is the best and I think she is… excellent at doing her job. I am with her to end. I lucked out for the past 3 years. My life with her is truly a blessing.

IOP has really helped me get my life together, I was in a really dark hole and I found my way up out it by great counseling and talking.

This is the most unprofessional, demeaning clinic I have ever been to I have at 51/2yrs clean only on 45mg from 120mg. My counselor would stand over top of me and scream at me like I was a child. The nurses are so… disrespectful and rude to where I was in tears almost every time I left there would be people from the clinic across the street smoking crack but yeah I was clean and I was totally harassed every single time I walked in that building it was a fear to go in there after all them years clean never had a dirty urine only had two weeks of the doctor was the only person that would show me respect and kindness. But he was not in charge of anything the CNA and the counselor which I should name but I won't be as evil as she is. Would scream on the top of her lungs with the nurse at the doctor telling him what to do and what not to do and that's not how it's supposed to work the doctors supposed to make the decisions do not go here whether you are clean or dirty there are no positive about this place.

Overall great place for help. Other than that I highly recommend this place 👍

Not too bad of a place besides Mrs. Dez she is a lier, she talks to clients about other clients using their names she is a piece of work. Very unprofessional. The security guard gets in moods also. He thinks he is the… police. Frank was their best person they had they ran him our of there.
