Yes. Virgin Pulse, the Providence, Rhode Island wellbeing company, merged with the Fresno, California administrator HealthComp in November 2023, and the combined company was rebranded Personify Health in February 2024. Virgin Pulse wellbeing platforms carried the new name fully by January 1, 2025.

Yes, where the employer's plan covers that level of care. Utilization review nurses handle pre-certification for inpatient mental health and substance use stays, and a behavioral health medical director reviews residential programs for medical necessity and continued stay. Day limits and cost sharing come from the plan document.
