Dr Jiha is an amazing dr! I was hit by a drunk driver in 09 and my ankle was pretty messed up and I've been in pain since the accident. First time I got my injection done I had more relief than I've had since before.… Staff very professional and attentive. Definitely recommend if you have chronic pain.

From the time I got to the emergency room, the nurses and the doctor were wonderful and listened to what was going on with me and my concerns. Unfortunately I had to be transferred which I wish that I could have stayed… this hospital instead of going to our Lady of the lake because, West feliciana hospital emergency room personnel have wonderful compassion for their patients... I really appreciate the nurse that only had to stig me one time. Thank you. And I want to thank the doctor for telling me what was going on before I was transferred.

We were seen right way. In and out within an hour. Staff was very friendly.

Garrett from the lab at West Feliciana is AWESOME!!!! Good veins or not, he gets the job done!!! Very impressed with entire encounter with him.

Excellent Staff

I went there at night with chest pains and stomach pain blood pressure 230/90 they were courteous and ruled out a heart attack my pain level lasted 12 hours they released me after no heart attack They had no imaging… equipment For stomach or gallbladder. One nurse said he could tell my pain level was down I am not sure what he base that on my pain lasted 12 hours until I went to Ochsner main campus. And when I arrived at Ochsner they gave me pain medicine and scan my gallbladder. They remove my gallbladder that day it was dead and gangrene glad I didn’t wait and go septic. I am not sure how you call yourself a hospital with a ER and tell the patient we are discharging you because we can’t scan your stomach or gallbladder. I won’t go back.

Received my Covid Vaccine, staff were polite and quick. Always clean, and welcoming.

Friendly and helpful staff. I have never waited for any services. They always see me immediately. We have a wonderful hospital considering we are a small town. Other medical personnel have commented that images taken at… our hospital are high resolution and easy to read.

Worst ever! Whoever wore a South Carolina tshirt needs a class in compassion. I brought my 2 year old here because she had a high fever anD it was late. Since we don’t have after hour clinics here my choices were… limited. My daughter hates medicine and they wanted me to give her Tylenol and Motrin to help her fever. Well I attempted she gagged and I couldn’t force it. I told this discharge nurse that she will throw up if I attempt giving it to her again. His exact words were well when she gets a fever of 103 or 104 she will throw up also. He was so rude with his looks and words. I responded I understand but she won’t take it and he responded ok well you are free to go. It’s a shame this is how patients are treated when they don’t feel well. Management needs to address this for their patients.

Worst hospital ever NO ONE AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM DESK GIVE WRONG DIAGNOSIS AND DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ULTRASOUND NOT DONE ON WEEKENDS BUT ITS THE EMERGENCY ROOM NO HIGH QUALITY.

I personally cant believe they still employ Dr. Tilley. I would not trust him with my wife as a patient, EVER!

My CR scan was done quickly. From check in to finish I was very satisfied.

Since being diagnosed with cancer I've had several different scans and appointments at this hospital. Everyone has always been friendly, attentive, and efficient. The facilities are clean as well. I'll continue to go.

Worst hospital ever when this town spent all this money they should have spent more on better nurses and doctors. My husband sat for 3 hours with a pressure bandage so tight around his finger it caused his finger to… turn black and go numb. When told about this they didn't care. We sat for 3 hours before I went to ask what was taking so long and THEY HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT US. After the pressure bandage was removed my husbands finger was black and numb and he could barely move it.

Not happy.
