Why Trust RehabSeekers.com?

RehabSeekers is an independent behavioral health directory covering drug and alcohol addiction and mental health treatment providers.

Every listing has a source: an official register, a licensing record, or details the facility sent us.

Credentials shown honestly. Accreditation, licensing and registration listed separately.

Reviews shown exactly as written. Never edited, never removed because a facility asked.

No commission, no referral fees. Nothing a facility pays for changes where it appears.

Contact details always go direct. Calls reach the facility itself, never a call centre.

Common questions

Answered from what is listed here.

Does St. Luke's Health Plan cover rehab?

Yes, in part. St. Luke's Health Plan covers inpatient and outpatient hospital services, which is where hospital-based detox and addiction care sit, but it does not publish substance use benefit detail on its benefits page. Cost sharing and limits depend on which individual, family or employer plan you hold.

Ask for the plan's summary of benefits or call the member line at 1-833-840-3600, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain Time.

Inpatient Rehabhttps://rehabseekers.com/programs/inpatient/
Does St. Luke's Health Plan cover therapy?

Yes. In-network outpatient behavioral health care was listed at a $0 copay when the plan began covering members, alongside primary care, preventive care and routine maternity care. The current website does not describe mental health or substance use benefits, so confirm this year's cost sharing first.

Customer care is reached on 1-833-840-3600, and plan documents and claims are available through MyChart, the member portal.

Counseling and Therapyhttps://rehabseekers.com/therapies/counseling-and-therapy/
How much does outpatient behavioral health cost with St. Luke's Health Plan?

$0 was the in-network copay for outpatient behavioral health visits when St. Luke's Health Plan started covering members on January 1, 2023. That figure came from launch materials; current-year copays, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums are not shown on the plan comparison page.

Deductibles differ by design: the 2027 Silver 5000/1500 Rx plan, for example, splits the medical and prescription drug deductibles.

St. Luke’s Health Plan is the insurance company created by St. Luke’s Health System, the not-for-profit Idaho health system that has served the state since 1902. It sells individual and family coverage through the Your Health Idaho marketplace and employer coverage across 20 Idaho counties, which means a member looking for addiction treatment is working inside one state’s network rather than a national carrier’s.

The name is the first thing to settle. Several unrelated organizations carry the St. Luke’s name, among them St. Luke’s University Health Network in Pennsylvania, Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City and St. Luke’s Health in Houston, and none of those is this Idaho plan. If an admissions team says it takes St. Lukes, ask whether that means St. Luke’s Health Plan coverage or simply care billed to the St. Luke’s hospital system, which continues to accept most other insurers.

Coverage under the plan began on January 1, 2023, and the 2027 individual plans are on sale now. The guide below covers what the plan says about treatment benefits, where pre-authorization applies, what each level of care costs before coverage, how addiction medication is handled through the plan’s own pharmacy benefit, and how to work out which Idaho programs sit inside the network.
