This business might be closed or not accepting new patients. I left two messages about a month ago and never got a response. Based on all the great reviews I had high hopes on finding a good counselor, so I am very… disappointed.

Deb, i just wanted to mention my 7 year bday has just passed. With that, I realized you have been my counselor for 7 years, helping decide my life choices to be sober and be better than I was mentally and physically . I… have never felt this great in 30 years of medication decisions and what im currently on monthly to help my mental case. Lol You keep nailing it every year helping me mend bridges and achieve my goals without being foggy brained, etc. So I wanted to thankyou from the bottom of my heart for everything you've done and your workers have done.. To many more years of the right path, couldn't do this without you. Sincerely, Andy

Just wanted to add my experiences to the pile UPDATE: I visited again.… Everyone seemed purpose driven & focused. As a smaller facility, having over 500 clients opens up that susceptibility for unsatisfied clients... Businesses by nature grow a collection of complaints & compliments. So why is it so naughty to stomp my foot in a review after having a poor experience? My feedback was definitely heard, and I am grateful. I wanna give 2 stars & the feedback behind it is useless: I feel happier once I exit the doors to go outside. Don't get me wrong. RHCaW is a valid option if you need professional help. Oops, naughty review!!!!! OLD REVIEW: depending on RHCaW for mental quality of life can be shaky when theyre constantly all around slow. not asking them to hurry, just be faster. if I'm in prior auth. limbo for over a month with no idea whether it was written, I need a conclusion, do I give up on the med, do I nag several times? I don't care about addressing any of that in a google review; RHCaW is slow in other ways too. I don't care whether RHCaW makes their place better; I'm leaving this review B/C 4.5 stars is way too high. mental health deserves quality; if that concept is stressful I don't like you

My family doctor referred me to this office because of chronic depression as well as multi -traumatic injury throughout my body. After 12+ surgeries I am literally in the same boat as the day of I got sick/hurt. So to… say to you that I am grateful, thankful, or appreciative is an understatement! I am happy to find find a care team and staff that treat me as a human being...most other doctors I have seen to never have more than 5 minutes to talk face to face and if they do, those doctors rarely help...only keep billing my insurance. So I would recommend anyone with these chronic conditions give them a call! I'm positive you will see the same things I saw!

Debra is an amazing doctor. She spends time going in-depth about your treatment plan so you understand why and how you are feeling the way you do and how she can help.

This is the first time I’ve actually ever written a review in my entire life and the reason why is my experience with Renewed Hope Counseling and Wellness, and the woman who created this practice, Deborah Rush…She’s… awesome! I mean, there are a lot of places out there, there’s so many options it’s overwhelming and can be challenging to find which one is right for you, but I feel like Deb Rush makes herself right for everybody. Instead of one size fits all she truly has the ability to understand what you’re life is like, and idk about you but I need honesty even if it hurts my feelings and that’s how I know I’m learning valuable life lessons. Because it’s truth. HONESTLY, if you are truly ready to help yourself then Deb and her staff at Renewed Hope, will help you. I am actually one of Deb’s patients and she works with my unique situation and has been very patient with me when other places would have turned me away. They don’t just provide temporary solutions they have knowledge and resources to help anyone continue that growth and maintain that higher/best-self we all strive for. Clarity and Healing is what I felt when I stepped out of my appointment. And I am truly grateful and humbled by their kindness and patience with me. I am extremely fortunate to finally have found a place to manage my health in a way I am absolutely grateful for! Deb and everyone who works here takes care of their patients and treats them amazing. I have gone through… numerous amount of doctors trying to find the right place for me until I found Renewed Hope. I have been through my worst times with their support and they continue to support me as I go through the best times in my life. No one has ever shown as much concern in helping me live a comfortable life as they have. I enjoy everything they do to get me taken care of. They are fast and efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. They listen to you and find out what needs to be done to help you live you life the best way you can. They support you in every way that they can to help make things easier on you! The truly cares about your wellbeing. I cant thank them enough for everything they have done for me. To anyone who wants to have phenomenal experiences with someone who truly cares, this is the place for you!

Receptionist seemed rushed and bothered.

Deb is a fantastic medication provider who literally saved my son’s life. He still sees her. Unfortunately, I was “fired” from her practice after speaking up about an untruth told by one of the staff. If you seek… Spravato treatment here, be careful. Although they’ve done an amazing thing by offering it to low income patients, the person who administers it doesn’t follow the approved protocol. There is supposed to be five minutes between nasal sprays, and there isn’t. They’ve also had me leave after only 90 minutes when you should be monitored for two hours. But they don’t seem to believe me when I point it out. The need for their employees to CYA appears stronger than their need for compassion or correct behavior. In summary, their hearts are in the right place, but the administrative staff, while usually kind, are not equipped to handle any sort of negative feedback. After many years of pleasant interactions, it only took one small kerfluffle for them to shut me out of mental health care and send me a letter saying I am not welcome back. While I’m glad they have the backs of their employees, they are not always right. Also, be aware of very long wait times and difficulty getting return phone calls. They need another person to answer phones and sit at the front desk. I would love to speak to whoever is in charge of the administrative side of the house to discuss the situation. It’s not just me with issues. My therapist often tells me her patients are in the same boat.

Dr. Rush is the most amazing Dr! She truly cares about her patients. She does everything she can to help. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today on my journey back to health if it wasn’t for her. I’m forever grateful for her!

I am a student with Deb and have been blown away by how many lives are changed here. Deb speaks to her patients respectfully and has a wealth of knowledge about all things that could effect mental health. Treatment… plans are collaborative, not dictated. I especially love that there are individual counseling services, group therapy, and social work all in one place. Oh and I can’t forget about the therapy dogs!!! 💛

While Dr Gilbreath is amazing and Jeremy, her assistant is great as well, this review is really for Ryanna: the receptionist who makes the whole team shine! I don't know Ryanna personally but she is the most… accommodating, thoughtful, and friendliest front end staff I've ever worked with. I loathe enrollment paperwork, the length and all redundant questions, but Ryanna must understand this and has made filling this out a breeze! I've had some scheduling conflicts for which Ryanna called me and helped me sort out easily. She is always so bubbly and friendly when you come in, which makes being there and doing all the things that much easier. I never thought a receptionist would play such an important role in my mental health, but Ryanna has and does! Thank you.

Always so helpful and informative regarding my insurance. They cater to my medication and mental health needs, I adore Carolina and can’t wait to get back into sessions with her. They offer so many resources and… assistance for my financial shortcomings. Very grateful for their help and knowledge to get my needs met. Highly recommend.

I love Renewed Hope. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Lynette is a great person. Very professional but also easy to talk to and very fun and positive. She knows what she's doing and explains everything. I… am in early stages of new meds for anxiety. But just in 2 weeks it has made such a difference. Can't recommend this clinic and staff any more highly!!! Please go here. You won't regret it! They are very caring and great with reaction time and handling everything! So happy I was referred here!
