Why Trust RehabSeekers.com?

RehabSeekers is an independent behavioral health directory covering drug and alcohol addiction and mental health treatment providers.

Every listing has a source: an official register, a licensing record, or details the facility sent us.

Credentials shown honestly. Accreditation, licensing and registration listed separately.

Reviews shown exactly as written. Never edited, never removed because a facility asked.

No commission, no referral fees. Nothing a facility pays for changes where it appears.

Contact details always go direct. Calls reach the facility itself, never a call centre.

Common questions

Answered from what is listed here.

Does Truli for Health cover rehab?

Yes. Mental health and substance use disorder services, inpatient and outpatient, are covered benefits when care is received from in-network providers. Inpatient admissions, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and substance use rehabilitation all go through prior authorization with New Directions Behavioral Health, the plan's behavioral health manager, now branded Lucet.

Truli is a Florida-only employer HMO, so treatment outside the network is generally not covered apart from emergency room care and emergency transport.

Private Insurance Acceptedhttps://rehabseekers.com/insurance-accepted/private-insurance-accepted/
Does Truli for Health cover inpatient rehab?

Yes. Inpatient mental health and substance use treatment is a covered in-network benefit. On the 2023 Northeast plan designs N2302 and N2304, inpatient behavioral health care carried no charge and the deductible did not apply. Admissions still require prior authorization through New Directions Behavioral Health.

On the 2023 C2122 Central HSA design, inpatient care was no charge once the $7,050 individual deductible was met, so what you pay depends on the employer's plan design.

Inpatient Rehabhttps://rehabseekers.com/programs/inpatient/
Does Truli for Health cover detox?

Yes, when the program is in network and the stay is medically necessary. Truli's published documents do not name medical detox separately, but inpatient mental health and substance use care is a covered benefit, and inpatient admissions are reviewed for authorization through New Directions Behavioral Health beforehand.

Ask the detox program to start the authorization before admission; members can call 1-855-30TRULI (87854) with benefit questions.

Truli for Health is a Florida-only commercial HMO sold to small and mid-size employer groups, and it is the trade name of BeHealthy Florida, Inc. For anyone looking at addiction treatment, that sentence carries two practical consequences: the plan works only inside Florida, and because it is a health maintenance organization, care outside the network is generally not covered at all except in an emergency.

Truli is an affiliate of Florida Blue and an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, with GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation as the ultimate holding company. It launched in April 2020 with coverage effective July 1, 2020, and it is built around regional anchor health systems rather than a statewide network. Behavioral health sits with a separate manager, New Directions Behavioral Health, which took the Lucet name in January 2023 and which GuideWell owns.

The guide below sets out which levels of addiction care the plan covers, which ones need authorization and who issues it, what the published plan designs charge, how medication is handled through the drug lists, and how to work out whether a Florida program sits inside the Truli network before anyone packs a bag.
