What happens after you finish the program, and how do you get your license back?

Finishing the required Delaware program is one condition for license reinstatement, but the court and the state’s motor vehicle authority decide when your license returns and whether other conditions, such as an ignition interlock device, apply. Ask the provider how proof of completion is reported and to whom, and keep your own copy. Completing a program does not by itself change the outcome of a charge.
