This particular government/VA facility appears to be, to me, very, very or extremely "friendly" to many, many, I don't know, "groups, peoples, persons," etc., as you can easily garner, infer, or deduct, from its'… primary mission "statements, adverts, blogs, posts, blurbs," etc., even though, I might add, there is no particular, specific, detailed, or the like, regarding (keywords here): HOMELESS [viz., "unhoused, house-less," etc., as, for example, homeless and disabled and displaced, in state or out of state, legal, vetted, qualified, etc., Veterans, their spouses, their families, and so on.

First experience here today. All staff were professional and courteous. The doctor assigned to me was on time and explained everything in detail. Surgery was scheduled two weeks from today. All needed tests were… performed. Facility was old but clean. Adequate parking. Overall great experience.

Surprisingly really good for a VA. Had no trouble finding where I needed to be. It’s just one building and not a confusing campus. Staff were professional and very genuine. I look forward to my VA appointments here.… Thank you!!

There are some, very few but some, really great employees at this va but all the doctors keep leaving and you can't get an appointment for months. The nurses/doctors don't listen when you tell them your health concerns… and the only reason I'm even giving them a 2 star is because of the few really awesome staff they have. The services are 1 star at best.

Terrible VA with terrible service, so pointless to have a clinic that doesn't offer much but refers you over an hour away for most services, and the providers are terrible as well and don't care, they have a high… turnover rate as well and wonder why veterans hate the va because the quality of service is so bad and wait times as well

I just moved into the area and was trying to switch medical locations. The lady on the primary doctor line wasn’t helpful almost as if she wasn’t listening to anything I was asking because she just transferred me to a… va phone line in Mather, Ca and they didn’t answer the phone at all. I guess I’ll stick to the San Francisco location because a good VA center is hard to come by…as for emergencies I guess I’ll just figure it out.

Dr. Barlow, Podiatry. Is very unprofessional and uses intimidation when patients ask questions. Poor Communicator

When you first enter for your Covid screening The lady is impolite horrible customer service. No when I went to the clinic I was supposed to go to same thing. Wasn’t even greeted with the hello! how are you today ?… Nope! CanI help you nothing just my ID and what are you here for wow! My experience here at DCMG has been horrible! Doctors don’t care staff don’t care. Sad because I have no the other option for Healthcare I have to deal with this as a new patient.

Been calling for two days now. All calls go to a recording. Recording says leave a message and we will get back to you with in 72 hours. Really 72 hours. Now that sure is some customer service.

Some genius put this VA clinic INSIDE the AFB. If you want to get a visitor pass you will need: current vehicle registration, VA ID card, Govt. ID card.
