If you need anything surgical work Dr Sellenrick is the Doctor for you. He did major reconstruction work on my foot and it ca out great.
It is so sad and infuriating when you go to a hospital for medical attention and are in room 5014 on the 5th floor. You leave that room for just 15 minutes very early in the morning, only to return and find that a… Kaiser team member stole two of my gold rings and my Versace watch, as well as my husband's debit card, from my bag. They should put up signs in the parking lots that say, "We are not responsible for lost or stolen items." What a shame! This happened to us at Kaiser Vallejo on August 19, 2026, when my husband had his gallbladder removed. On August 20, 2026, I was with my husband at Vallejo Hospital. While I was having breakfast, I left my bag with my husband's wallet in the hospital room, and someone stole some of our belongings while my husband was being taken for surgery. Our belongings were left unattended for just 15 minutes. We filed a complaint with the hospital's security team. Today, September 21, 2026, we received a response stating that they were unable to identify any suspects and cannot continue the investigation. A few days ago, they emailed me requesting more information, including my room number, which indicates very poor communication between their different departments (I provided all the required information to their security team). It is unfortunate to have to worry about a potential theft in the hospital when one is at their most vulnerable, especially when a family member is in surgery. Please keep a close eye on your personal belongings at all times during your visit to Kaiser Vallejo Hospital.
Faith T Muvuti PT , she is well experienced and knows how to do her job well. She is very respectful and professional. Her work is very good and she Pay attention to detail.
I'm a retired RN who never worked for Kaiser. I've been a Kaiser patient in Vallejo now for 10 years and have found them to be incredibly well managed, efficient, friendly and thoroughly coordinated. Whenever I think… about moving elsewhere it is Kaiser that keeps me planted in Benicia, CA. I've had multiple medical problems both minor and severe. Had several surgeries and invasive procedures as well chemo and 5 yr follow ups. All my docs from my primary to several specialists have been the been. If I had to rate each experience separately from simple lab draw to hearing aids, vision, pharmacy, robotic surgery, and more I would give all a 5 star. Great care with no complaint.
Dr. Quinones was certainly a surprise with his interest in my symptoms, and explaining different areas related to heart disease or my condition. He always follows up on any messages I send.
Dr Wiley listens to my concerns and gives valuable feedback.
I had a wonderful experience at Kaiser. All the doctors and nurses I met were very kind, caring, and professional. I was happy to meet the Filipina nurses, Ciara and Nessie, as well as my nurse Nicole from Head and Neck… Surgery. They made me feel very comfortable and well cared for as a patient. Dr. Daniel Ballard is the best doctor for me. I didn’t have many questions because I trusted him and knew that he would do what was best for me during my ear surgery. His first name, Daniel, is also the same as my father’s name, who is already in heaven, which made it feel even more meaningful to me. Dr. Wong, my anesthesiologist, was also very kind, caring, and reassuring. I am truly grateful to all the doctors and nurses who took care of me. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my surgery experience. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. Best Regard, Aprilyn
Dr. Dasari provided an extremely throrough annual check-up. Dr. Dasari continues to amaze me with her care, knowledge and expertise. I so appreciate her dedication and communication.
Experience was excellent, the Dr. was engaging, personable, knowledgeable, and overall very good
My left eye was infected. The person who initially brought me into the room was wonderfully professional and curtious and kind. When I saw Dr. Hernandez, he had such positive energy and explained everything to me in… detail so that I could not misunderstand what was going on and how to address it. I am so glad to be a member of Kaiser Permanente Medicine. Thank you..
Staff very respectful , friendly and helpful love Kaiser

When Kaiser has dropped the ball I’ve called them out. This visit wasn’t that. Arrived ahead of appointment time. Checked in and was called for procedure within minutes. Tech was professional and courteous. In and out… with zero issues.
30 minute appointment every two months is a joke. There is no one in the field of mental health that has any respect for Kaiser’s mental health department. Its reputation is horrible. There have been so many complaints… so why bother to send a survey? Nothing will happen as a result of my response. If a Kaiser patient needs mental health help they will have to go to outside the system and pay out of pocket.
The service was organized, fast, and resolved my health issues.
Both the nurse and the doctor that worked with me were friendly, caring, and efficient without making me feel rushed. And I was able to get everything done (physical, blood draw, and xray) in this one visit.
I’ve been a member of Kaiser Vallejo for over 25 years because of the great services provided there. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Wiley, my personal physician, very highly because of his friendly, professional manner.
Jennifer was really informative, took her time to explain and show me ways to exercise my frozen shoulder. She was gentle when handling my shoulder. Glad she’s my physical therapist.
I felt comfortable and that she really cared about my health. Dr. Draves is thorough and I have a lot of confidence in her ability. Also, Walter, from the Physical Therapy Dept, took the time to go over with me what to… expect and answered all my tedious questions
Security staff is rude as hell
Dr. Specht and her assistant were very professional and caring. We had a stimulating conversation throughout and all went well. My hand/wrist is definitely on the mend.
Dr Yee is my Family Doctor for quite a while. I like her because she listens to my health concerns, caring and does a follow up on my concern.
I was sent by my doctor to get a strep throat test. I’m not sure why the staff seems hesitant to perform the test here. I have been waiting for 90 minutes for my turn. I also witnessed one of the staff members tell the… front desk, in front of other patients, “Why are you accepting strep throat patients here in the injection/cleaning department, number 118?” I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed hearing that. I’m not sure why the staff seems afraid or unwilling to perform a strep throat test. My doctor specifically recommended that I get this test because I need it. I have already been waiting for more than 90 minutes, and no one has come to assist me.
