I had the greatest experience getting my TMS therapy done at Neuro Wellness Spa, they worked with my schedule beautifully as well as catered to my needs of anxiety and ADHD. I would recommend this Spa to anyone looking… to get their TMS done in a professional and comfortable environment!

Jocelyn and Nayeli have been incredibly kind, personable, and supportive, making every session feel welcoming and reassuring.… They’ve also been very flexible and accommodating with my schedule and individual needs, truly going above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I especially appreciate Dr. Shih taking the time to sit and talk with me during my recalibration session, making sure I felt heard and understood. I’m truly grateful for such a caring and dedicated team!

Rica is amazing. She truly is the best. She is very understanding and compassionate, which a lot of doctors and NPs lack in today's world. I had my first appointment with Rica Beck at Neuro Wellness Spa, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Meeting with a new mental health provider can be intimidating, but she made me feel… comfortable from the moment we started talking. I’ve been meeting with Rica Beck for 1.5 years now and I’ve received great care! It’s been a night and day difference in my mental health since I first started with Neuro Wellness Spa and am very appreciative of their… services and staff!

I had a very positive experience with Paul Choi at Neuro Wellness. With his support, I was able to start medication, manage my symptoms, and eventually taper off safely. He was patient, responsive, and thoughtful… throughout the whole process. I especially appreciated his regular check-ins, quick replies from the office, and tailored tapering approach. I felt genuinely supported and listened to.

Thank you to my treatment team for being patient with me and creating a plan to help me through one of the toughest parts of my life. This place is full of people who truly want to help and it shows through their… patience, openness, and reluctance. My psychiatrist, Rica, listens with care and creates a treatment plan for you. Not only does she create a plan for you, she goes through it so you're not left confused, and answers any questions you have. She also recommended me to try TMS and talk therapy, and both have been great experiences so far. I finished TMS not too long ago, and Jocelyn, Nayeli, and Dr. Shih made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I saw noticeable changes in my confidence and hesitation from it. I'm currently in talk therapy with Jessie and she creates a calm and supportive environment, filled with understanding, thoughtful discussion, and no judgement. While learning more about myself, I've also never felt more heard and understood. Before I knew it, each day became less heavy, and easier to enjoy things again. Taking the first step is tough enough, but they make it easier to keep following through. I highly recommend this place if you're going through something or just looking to improve your mental health, they'll take care of you and prioritize your wellbeing :)

I just finished TMS at this location last week and I could not have asked for a better experience. They got my treatment approved quickly and answered all my questions thoroughly. The staff is friendly, informative, and… professional. The office is quiet, clean, and cozy. The rooms have a TV that made each session go by super quick. They were really cool about me bringing my toddler with me each session, too, which was amazing. The actual treatment was life-changing. It improved my depression SIGNIFICANTLY. More than any other treatment/medicine I've tried over the years. So grateful for this team and their dedication to helping people! 5 stars all around!

I am highly disappointed with the care and communication at this facility. The front office is very disorganized and difficult to reach. A few hours after my very first therapy session, I received a cold, automated text… message saying 'it was nice meeting you yesterday.' If a mental health clinic cannot even get the basic day or time right for a text, it shows a complete lack of attention to detail and personal care. The environment felt completely impersonal and sloppy. I have canceled all future care here and do not recommend them if you are looking for a reliable, supportive provider. Additionally, i was informed that for the CBT 12 week program you are not allowed no matter the circumstances to miss your weekly appointment. If you do you are fined $100. Really?

Was referred here by my therapist when diagnosed with ADHD in my 40’s. The staff have all been super helpful and accommodating in educating me about my options and working through supporting me in different seasons.… Grateful for the support from the Neuro team, including Joseph Aguirre NP, Nayeli & Bianca.

Sometimes I felt like I was talking to my therapist instead of my psychiatrist. I have been seeing Dr. Joseph Aguirre for over a year. For context, I had been on various antidepressants all my life that worked to varying degrees. When I first started seeing him, I was trying to ween off an… especially difficult to ween off antidepressant. Joseph helped me with lowering the dosages and scheduling follow ups until I was finally able to get off them entirely. A few months later when my depression crept back and began to severely affect and disrupt my day to day life, I reached back out to Dr. Joseph. He prescribed me an antidepressant that had a profound effect on my wellbeing. I don't always have the best experience with doctors. I feel that sometimes doctors lose their empathy or prescribe medication all willy-nilly to treat a symptom rather than the whole. Throughout my time with Dr. Joseph, I felt that he took the time to listen to my concerns, and cared about improving my quality of life. He was incredibly knowledgeable in his craft and vigilant in finding the perfect dose. He took the time to explain the cons and benefits of different medicines and why he believed this one was the right one for me. I don't believe I would be here today if I hadn't received this quality of care from him and his staff. Neuro Wellness Spa in general has been an amazing company to work with. They were quick to get me started during the onboarding process so that I could see someone as soon as possible. They are kind, professional, and amazing at following up with appointment reminders and sending things out in a timely manner. Thank you to all the staff who have helped me out throughout the years.

Neuro Wellness Spa has made a life-changing difference for me. I’ve struggled with anxiety for most of my life, but about three years ago it escalated into debilitating panic attacks. My therapist referred me to Neuro… Wellness, and although I was initially hesitant about starting medication, Paul was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to address all of my concerns and helped me feel comfortable with the process. We approached treatment gradually, and he supported me every step of the way.
