I really enjoyed the time I was able to have class with Dr. Snow. He is a great man. He isvery intelligent, his teachings were very informative And most importantly, he knows how to communicate with anyone and my last… class about self-control Was/is very important to me. He also has a good sense of humor when the time is right. He runs a tight ship, which is exactly what I need Due to my ADHD and so forth. Dr. Ruby Wallace does an exceptional job teaching Family Violence Classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly educated, and it truly shows in the way she teaches and interacts with her students. What sets her apart… is her ability to make people feel comfortable, understood, and safe enough to be vulnerable without fear of judgment. She has a rare gift for balancing education, accountability, compassion, and relatability all at once. Her classes are not only informative, but genuinely impactful. You can tell she truly cares about helping people grow, heal, and better understand themselves and others. I would highly recommend Dr. Wallace to anyone required to take these classes or anyone seeking an instructor who is both professional and deeply compassionate.

Man, it’s been a long 24 weeks, but honestly I wouldn’t have chosen to go through it with any other program. I’m giving this 5 stars because from the staff to the instructors, you can truly tell they care about the… people they help. I may be a little biased, but I have to give a special shoutout to instructor Trey. Every class he taught provided real value and helped change my life for the better. I’m grateful for the experience and everything I learned through this program.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Ruby Tatum-Wallace. She created an environment where everyone's voice mattered - no one could just "coast" through. She made sure we all understood each week's topic and… encouraged feedback, questions and to truly engage. What really stood out to me was how she balanced structure with warmth. In a gentle, non-pushy way, she brought me out of my shell. I typically consider myself a wallflower and fully expected to sit quietly and just complete the required work. But somehow, without pressure, Dr. Ruby made me feel comfortable enough to open up and participate in meaningful discussions. That's not something many instructors can do. On top of that, she made every 1.5hr class feel engaging, fun and impactful. The time flew by, and I often found myself actually looking forward to each session. By the end, I was genuinely sad that the classes were over - that alone says something! I also want to highlight how wonderful the rest of the team was. Cassie was someone I communicated with regularly via text, and she was always incredibly sweet, responsive, and helpful. No matter the question, she got back to me quickly. My onboarding experience with Trey was just as great - he was personable, welcoming and immediately put me at ease from the very beginning. In fact, I had initially been considering another counseling agency but when I called for information about Atlanta Intervention Center, Trey was so easygoing, helpful, and professional that I ended up circling back to sign up with Atlanta Intervention Center! Overall, this is a truly GREAT team. I am incredibly grateful for the experience and for everyone's dedication, energy, and support. Anyone who has the opportunity to be part of this program will absolutely benefit from it. Thank you all for making such a lasting impact!

I want to take the time to thank the staffs at Atlanta intervention Network who was nice and kind to me doing my session on Wednesday night. and when I call doing the daytime with questions. Dr. Ruby is an excellent… teacher who loves what she does for a living with helping people on getting better and to be great in the future. Cassi was so nice, kind and patient with me whenever I called or email her with question. Trey was so understanding with me when I first enrolled in the classes when I told him that I was recovering from surgery, but I knew that I had to start the class soon and he was a big help to me and with my payments because I wasn't working at the time. Excellent staff's great job on being o helpful to us.

The family violence intervention program that Trey Griffith does is absolutely awesome. He’s very practical and Gives you real life scenarios on how to be a better person he has given me a lot of tools in a lot of… different ways on how to control The way I respond tomy emotions thank you Griffith for all the hard work that you do. I was able to take a lot from the class.

Very bad customer service. I signed up for the 6 week treatment svc, and paid for everything up front. I was getting text asking about payments, which I had to keep emailing copies of my receipts.Upon upon completion I… met a copy of my contract that was emailed to me and also a copy of my DUI. When I went there after finishing I was there to pick up my certificate for completion and they told me that I did not send them the application and a copy of my DUI certificate thank God I had a email copy of of it upon completion so I was able to
