Compass Health – Salem Reviews
Compass Health in Salem can be understood partly through its license and accreditation, and partly through what patients say. Read their reviews here, and leave one if you have been in treatment at the facility.
Very friendly, but I dislike having to drive an hour just to talk to someone through a screen and one of their psychiatrist removed an accurate diagnosis and replaced it with an innacurate diagnosis due to his own… biases.
HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Extremely rude desk workers Will talk over you and belittle you. Constant harassing phone calls and letters causing anxiety to go through the roof. When you call them and try to reschedule you're cut… off mid sentence and hung up on. If you REALLY need help get it out of Salem.
I have a good Doctor who has helped a lot, worked with me on my meds, and works with my caseworker regularly.
Ive had my share of case workers.. i do have a good one but unfortunately she is on family leave at the moment. So i get another caseworker.. shes either late or never shows. Its been 2 months of a referral of a new dr… and therapist.. this company is a joke.. leave you hanging with nothing! Knowing theres nowhere else to go! Im almost tempted to drop out of their services bc they honestly dont care bout their clients..
They are hiring people over the vaccine... i had 3 ihs's & they all 3 quit over it! How i have to meet another person & i absolutely hate meeting people! My anxiety goes through the roof!!! If they honestly cared about… their clients they wouldn't be threatening to take jobs over the vaccine! I was getting better til this! Oh & i signed my daughter up for services theough compass 3 weeks ago & have yet to be contacted about her
