I’ve been on methadone for 3 years and I’ve been clean from fentanyl for 3 years …. I just transferred to this clinic and I am having so many problems with my methadone not being strong enough but I was stable until I… got here!!!! I’ve been on the same dose for a year! And I come here and get my take homes and I’m so sick it’s not working at all I’m sick constantly and I can’t get anyone to help me bc they are closed for snow and so they told me their methadone was way less strong but I didn’t think it would be an issue bc I’ve been on see dose for a year but not they have to be watering down the methadone bc I’m so sick!!!!! Please help me!!!! I’m bout to relapse because I can’t keep feeling this sick!!!! And it’s sad bc I have a baby and I can’t relapse but I can’t be sick so I have no choice but to be sick until they open and I’m not okay at all!!!!!! Update: I definitely switched clinics ….. mcloud watering down the methadone and I have had issues with my medication not working for months!!!! I finally got switched to the arms clinic down the road best decision iv ever made!!!! Thankfully I got my take homes at arms and I’m feeling SO much better!!!! Thank you so much for taking me in today and helping me and actually believing me!!!! Yall are the best!!!!

Best place to get the help you need, the counselors, nurses and the rest of the staff show they really care and no one gets judged on weather its a disease or by choice, absolutely the best place to go.

Unit manager Adam is firm but does his job better than any unit manager in the Charlotte area Thats guaranteed He'll take everything you have if he has to but if follow the rules and make efforts you are treated with a… fresh start Even if not doing well when you first start About 3/4 the counselors are humans with feelings The others act like probation officers and need to realize this is a treatment unit Not a prison There job is to help clients get better not do detective work to figure out how many bs rules you can violate them on So you busted a client on a rule violation So they leave and go back to using So youve won? Won what exactly

This facility is the best by far. I've went to 5 different treatment places but this one is different. They treat you like family here and don't look down on you because you have the awful disease of addiction! My… counselor has so much compassion for her clients. Jim the program mgr. Will also help you anyway he can. I would recommend this place to everyone wanting help!

Lifesaver 100% The staff do their jobs and as far as people using outside the clinic well if those people whom really want to be in a better place will be doing the right thing if they are not ready to start over and… make a change then you cannot put the blame on the staff a big part of my recovery has been the trust with my counselor and the other people in my day to day life. So if you are not ready for change you can't put blame on those whom you are lying to when they are doing their job to gain that trust so PLZ if someone does do stupid things it is not the fault of the clinic . just keeping it REAL

The counselors don't do their jobs. Several ppl are using outside the clinic but the clinic doesn't consistently drug test enough to catch them. Someone is going to end up dead bc of these this place. Also, several ppl… are selling their take homes. Its been going on for 6 years now.
