The front desk staff was amazing, but the coordination of services given verses the services needed and consistency was a challenge. Monarch services are amazing I'vd had the pleasure of utilizing them at a different… time for a different child in Wake County, but this one in Pittsboro in so far away from the Monarch standard.
Had a session with a therapist called Anne but goes by Nancy. She was unenthusiastic, disinterested, and judgmental. Will not be going back to her. They don’t have any other therapists to offer either. Will probably… also look elsewhere for medication management as well. It is so difficult to find help and this is the help I get. Very disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend using this behavioral health group to anyone. I set up intake services for my child and was very specific with the intake coordinator that all services were to be in person. We went for our… appointment at the Pittsboro location and there was a note on the door stating they were out of power. The butcher and all the other businesses were not out of power. The service was switched to telehealth without my knowledge or approval. Not a single person from this location called us to tell us to not come in. They are now billing me for the intake which I've asked to have waved because of their mishandling of services. They have still not rectified and on top of that are sending the bill to my child. Which is not legal. A bill has to be sent to the guarantor on the file. A underage child can not get bills.
