Is a very professional and helpful place. They don't try to punish you they're courteous and flexible with you. I've had several counselors since I've been there, due to changes but I've had the same one now for years… and she's great.

This place is awsome. Pretty women that are very sweet and kind. Love yall

The staff is Amazing...And really helpful and treat you like family not just a number. Has most caring Nurses! Best choice I ever made was coming here for treatment.

I used Shalotte Treatment Centers for over 6 months.With good and bad opinions. There is a abundance of unprofessionalism within the staff. Mostly on the counseling and small portion of the medical staff! Management and… front office staff are,easy to communicate with and welcoming.Which is very important for an addict, who is looking for help. It's really the counseling side with the most issues and that is where you're gonna spend, the majority of your time. From my experience with one counselor, she was poorly educated,No communication skills and brought personal issues into counseling sessions. When the issues of disagreement or unprofessionalism are brought up, your met with typical child like behavior. In a public, medical, professional setting, you should not have to interact with staff,who is having a Herpes outbreak. Disagreement to,will bring negative consequences to your treatment. #2 It's like you are pushed to stay longer and not decrease your meds as your. Only issue with Management is,you have no voice.Your opinion on any matter involving staff,isn't even considered! It's not the worst place. But it discourages more than promotes sobriety through negativity. It needs to reeducate staff in professionalism

I gotta give it to jenn and edith These two made my treatment here amazing and extremely comfortable. There welcoming and attentive to you when you talk. There always looking for way to help you improve. And when i… transfered to another state. Edith stayed late over her shift to make sure i had my prescription ready for the next day. I highly recommend this clinic. I hope other people receive there blessings as i have cus i walked in this place half dead and walked out a new man. My son and my wife actually get the best of me now 💯. I owe this place my life

Everyone is super friendly and they definitely make you feel welcome! As long as you are willing to do your part of the recovery and trust the process you should have a pleasant experience!

I sought help from dependence of prescriptions stemming from a car accident and since walking in to Shallotte Treatment my life has continuously improved more each year. The therapy is outstanding with Kathy helping me… tremendously. Kelly is great and the nurses are all so wonderful. I am now a full time college student and excelling in my degree field. I really utilize the therapy and resources there and it has changed my life. I am going on 4 years clean because of Shallotte Treatment. Every single one of the staff goes above and beyond and wants you to succeed.

This place is more than just a treatment center. The staff actually care about the patients and try to help them in any way possible. The counselors actually take their jobs seriously and try to help the patients move… towards recovery and a better future. The nurses are more than ready to assist with any questions someone has and they are personable and sweet. Recovery is definitely possible and this place teaches that and gives you the support and helps you map out the way to a substance free life! Highly recommend!

The friendliest staff, they care! I took so long to finally decide to take care of myself and my addiction. If your in the area and conflicted come in and at least speak to someone.

I was terrified to seek help, and ashamed at first but I now have been a patient at this clinic for years. It was the best decision I've made, without it I'm sure I would be dead or on the streets. They are all so… welcoming, attentive and understanding. The counselors, the nurses, director and doctors are all great and do anything possible to help in your recovery journey. I also love the fact that there's not alot of turnover with staff here, so you get to know them and become like family ❤️

Shallotte treatment Centers nurses are the absolute best and it's the best clinic I've ever been to they care

This is the best treatment center/clinic I have ever associated with. I was 1 short of my takehomes due to the holidays (it was just a human error, no one is perfect) but MLK Day came and I went to clinic and they were… closed. I called the after hours # to try to reach ahold of someone to explain the situation. Within minutes the clinic manager Kelley called me back @ 6:50 am and explained that she could try to call a nurse but couldn’t promise that she could get anyone in. And then she called and said Lisa would come in and help me out. Lisa is so awesome I honestly wish she was my grandma. This place helped change my life but the way they cared for me today made me feel almost loved like I was part of their family. If you want to truly make that change in your life and are ready to get back to that happy life you once lived come here and seek help. Come daily and don’t cheat yourself or your loved ones and I promise this place will help you get your life back. I owe Kelley and Lisa some Starbucks lol ❤️

The is the hands down best methadone clinic I have ever been to and I’ve been to 8!!! They are compassionate and treat you with respect. I cannot say enough about Kelly! She is the director and when I’ve had to guest… dose and also transfer she has gone to bat for me and made the IMpossible possible on more then one occasion. It is worth driving the extra miles to be a part of this clinic!!!

The best clinic by far. The staff is professional but friendly and accommodating. We (husband and wife) guest-dosed there on vacation and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I don't have a ranking have not been there yet but am intending on guest dosing if possible from Pittsburgh area. What's the daily dosing fee out of pocket.
