Great Doctor on Thursdays! Couldn't ask for a better Neurologist at the Benson location! Very nice patient Neurologist. Highly recommended..

Excellent service. The staff,doctor and nurse are more than I expected. The doctor treated my pain with patches and I was happy because I've been on Oxcodone for ten years.

I'm a 57-year-old grandmother who just wants to play with her grandchildren but lives with severe pain. One of the FNPs, Family Nurse Practitioners, there is not compassionate, empathetic, or truly listens to her… patients. I have lived for many, many years with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Syndrome, among other issues causing pain. Over the years, I have learned through trial and error which medications work best for me. For a FNP not listen and continuously want to prescribe medications that I specifically said don't work or provide me a good quality of life. Every patient is different; listen, trust and help them. I DO NOT recommend this office to anyone who needs pain management.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My father had an appointment for his pain management & was turned away for being 1 minute late. 1 minute! I work at a veterinary office & we can still see patients if the clients… are 10 mins late. Give a little grace, things can happen between leaving the home & making it to your destination. Now my father has to wait until his next appointment to be seen unless his primary doctor can refer him elsewhere…

I’m not sure if the doctor even reviewed my case prior to initial visit. And when I called upset that was he prescribed wasn’t working. They didn’t offer any non narcotics and acted as if it wasn’t their problem to deal… with. Thanks doc for keeping up to that oath to treat your patients !!! Maybe next time you can suggest alternative options for treatment care.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a medical provider than this practice has done. I’ve call at least 6 times and left voicemails in the last month, regarding a referral for pain management, with NO ONE returning my… calls or hearing anything regarding scheduling. Now due to their failure to even ACT like they care, I’ve been out of medication for a week and in so much pain, to only have to start my referral process all over with a new practice. My previous provider retired and I’m left out in the cold because they don’t seem to care about patients.

Dr. Dave is a great caring person who I truly felt that he cared about me and my pain. Dr. Dave helped me get back to my passion, fishing. The staff were nice too. Don't waste your time and money by going other places.

I had an appointment months ago for an injection for my migraines and was told that I had to make an appointment for a few months out for a follow up, so a few months passed but nothing so I called. And the person on… the phone was rude, when I had genuine concern. They asked for my middle name I told them, and said we have nothing in there for me then went and used my abbreviated name. And then even demands I change my address which makes no sense since I have been at my address ever since I first came to the appointment. Now I'm trying to get in contact with the doctor just for them not to pick up multiple times. So I have to go back to my provider just to find another place to get my migraine medicine. Overall there are some nice people there but slightly. But everything else, no just no.

Bianca was great. Her customer services skills are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I had a really good experience with this office. Everyone was friendly, hardly any wait time, and I felt like the doctor cared. She really listened to my issues and came up with a plan to help me through them. I… appreciate them so much! I highly recommend!

They never answer their phones!! Ive left a message and no call back they take forever to reach out with results.

Absolutely incredible staff. I've been a patient for 5 years and have never had any issues with anyone. Knowledgeable, helpful, very attentive and happy to listen. If you need a pain management team, this is 100% the… place to go.

This is the worst clinic that I have visited, bad organization and communication with patients is unacceptable. I first visited Md Dave and then Md Malone. On my last visit I notified my surgeons about a medication they… gave me and they were not authorized to give them to me. I did everything according to Md Malone, indicated me. I am a patient who has had two surgeries. Md Malone told me I'm going to tell them or you tell them. I told them and what happened ... the day of my appointment one hour before they discharge me from the clinic. It had never happened before ... they said that this medicine oxycodone had it in October and November and it is not true the first time that it informed me it was there in November. Before Md Malone dont told me nothing about it NOTHING. However, several times I had to go from Raleigh to Benson to my appointments and they did not show up or tem call when I was already in the parking lot of the clinic. The staff is not friendly at all. I do not recommend it. WORST OFFICE !!
