I went to the dentist to get my tooth pulled I felt everything I tried to tell them they finally put my medicine so I don't feel it after me crying and keep telling them I will not go back there

I have no idea where the hate for this place is coming from. They offer affordable care and have always been very welcoming. The dentist and psychiatrist I see have been amazing and easy to work with. They do schedule… quite a ways out but I think they're worth the wait.

Terrible service. I went to the emergency room three different days to see if they could see me, and they refused. First, because I arrived too late (I was there before they opened on a Monday). Then, because there was… only one dentist (Thursday). And the last time, on a Friday, because my doctor wasn't there and no one else could see me. The girls at the front desk are terrible at helping people, always with a sour face and unpleasant tone of voice. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. It's best to look for another place.

I only gave it 2 stars for the dentist… she is severely over worked! I cannot blame her for staffing problems. I went in in January of this year to have my lower dentures replaced. Initial visit was great no issues. The… issue arose over my referral for dentures through Medicaid… again not the issue… dentist told me it usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks for approval. If I had not heard anything in 4 weeks to call and check… I waited the full 6 weeks… just to be safe… called and was told the referral was not put in… that a message would be given to the dentist to get it done… I called almost religiously every week for 3 months and was told the same thing each time. Finally called last week and was told that the referral had been approved back in February but I still needed one tooth pulled t before I could go forward with the dentures… make a long story short… was told I had to be there Monday morning for walk ins at 7 am… arrived after an hour drive and waited another hour after being the 3rd person on the list to be told that because I was not in pain that I couldn’t be seen and that there were 15 people there for walking… after blowing up about all I had already been through… 8 hours and a half a tank of gas later I finally got my tooth pulled… now I have to wait 6 weeks before they will get the dentures done! If I could go anywhere else I would have! This place is a joke!!!

Excellent! I didn't have an appointment, so I went between 8:00 and 10:00 when they accept walk-ins. The doctor examined me and was very kind. Then she gave me an appointment to have the procedure done the next day. I'm… very grateful for their services and to their entire team. God bless them and continue to bless their hands to help others. ♥️♥️

This place has a problem helping black people. My mother came in to get teeth pulled on a scheduled appointment visit. She wasn’t provided the proper care she needed. She was approached inappropriately and told that she… wasn’t able to get her teeth pulled. This is a disgrace to the surrounding area where all people should be serviced whether they insurance or not.

My insurance doesn't cover another dental office so I had to go to this lousy place. I don't know what kind of people the people at the reception are used to dealing with, but whatever level it is should not be treated… the way this lady especially does. If you have the opportunity to go to another dental office it is the best thing to do. No one deserves to have their documents yelled at and thrown at the window just to mention a couple of things. When leaving the appointment I also saw another Hispanic person being yelled at, these two people must be removed immediately.

I came for an appointment that was confirmed. And i got sent messages and emails about the appointment. Pretty helpful. But sometimes things happen.
