Case worker assigned for my niece caused so many more issues that never should have happened. This women was on a power high and abused that position by telling lies to my niece that law enforcement told us different.… Beware if you ever get entangled with this organization.
Saved my life
I go through intake. I tell the lady I suffer from depression. I will miss appointments or be late. No problem she says. So I missed one appointment then had car trouble and didn't make the second. So they kicked my out… and billed me $367.31 thats awesome. I'm cured. I can't believe it. Thank you very much.
The people who cares about other people
I'd have to say that the Staff that greet you out front are very courteous and helpful and the Medical Staff that are who and what you go there for, are the best Counselor's. The N. P Cindy is a true clinician, who I… think is at the top of her Field is very professional seeking what's best for the individual wanting help. I highly recommend Piedmont Community Services to anyone who may at this juncture in their life who needs help to break the hold that illicit drugs has on you. Please believe me that you will be so glad that you decided to if not go there at least call they're counselors these people are very skilled and knowledgeable about the very things that are troubling you.
They waited to call to cancel my appointment 15 min before it was scheduled. I was already in the parking lot because I live 30 minutes away. They were very rude and wouldn’t explain anything. This appointment was for… my medication refill that THEY scheduled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I am on antipsychotics and mood stabilizers so that’s not good. They shouldn’t make appointments the day you need medication refills. It should be at least a few days before in case of situations like this. And it’s kind of hypocritical that they canceled my appointment last minute because if it would’ve been me to cancel that late, I would’ve had to pay a 60$ fee.
The staff is very nice, and I ended up really liking my counselors they helped me alot!
Geez, this is gonna sound like a postcard, but they truly are friendly, accommodating and concerned. There's always gonna be someone anywhere you go that just doesn't click w your individual personality or needs. Should… that happen, just change your caregiver. It happened once w me, but in 7 years, my deepest beliefs, are that they do listen, they do help, and to my personal experience will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. Truly, they've been priceless to me in overcoming many hurdles.
This place that does so much for you. It's for addicts trying to get clean. It's also for counseling, medication, you can have group meetings with other addicts or more personal one on one's. They are amazing they're.
Courteous and very kind staff.
Still go here and easily accessible and good services an customer service as well. Do like they check Temps and masks are optional but you don't need to sit close to another if not wanting to.
They are very friendly and concerned about what's happening in your life. I've been seeking their counseling services for many years now and my therapist is kind and understanding willing to go the extra mile to stand… by your side and help you pull threw your hardest of times in life. I go weekly and without my therapist I know that I wouldn't of been able to move on in life.
They are the most helpful and kind people I think I have ever met. I'm receiving knowledgeable treatment there and tools to achieve my goals.
Offer unlimited resources. Good councilors , only negative I can say, is the workers don't get much time off and works long hours
