I use the Desoto pact why I live in Desoto county ms II move Marshall county they followed there and then I move to Shelby county Tn they followed me there it was great when I lived in Desoto county when Dr Baymillet… was with them when he left it went to pot they replaced him with Skye I only meet her one time and the rest of the time I saw her on a lap top she would not send in my meds and pact came 3 day out of 5 they would not let you know until the day they came out They was suppose to only visit people in Desoto County Mississippi but Ms Sam made the P ACT go to Marshall county Ms and Shelby County Tn I think Ms Sam should be fire for making them go out of Desoto County Ms I finally got rid of them and I’m great without them.
Indeed, two years ago we submitted the applications for my three children. They never called me, but I did receive a payment slip where they charged for one of my daughters without scheduling a consultation. So I'm… still waiting, and there's no appointment available.
Good med prices for people without health insurance. They also have an excellent staff. The employees here really do care about people. ❤️
This place is impossible! They care more about getting payment information updated then they are of taking care of patients!!! AND, they are using me as a Guinea pig!!! Throwing medicine at me that doesn’t help me but I… later find out from another medical professional that the meds they do have me on can cause sycophantic episodes!!!!!! I suffer from severe panic attacks that some sometimes they become debilitating!!!!!!
Charged me over $100.00 and still no meds my son has schizophrenia. And he is grown.
They were very nice to me
I've been going here for over 9 yrs now. They have had issues with staffing but have always made sure I see the therapist or my doctor for my meds. The nurse has always contacted me back if I have any issues. My child… is now seeing them on the children's side. Never had an issue with co-pays or staff. I do have to remind them of my yearly update due to computer program not up to date.
The Hernando branch of Region IV does not meet the DMH requirements for certification and should lose their certification. Staff is beyond awful. They don’t care and will lie and manipulate and blame as much as they can… on patients and their families. The lack of concern with adhering to guidelines, policy and procedures mandated by the state contributes to invoking more mental distress in the patients and families they are here to help. The administration in Corinth needs to practice more oversight over this branch. Corinth admin, staff and facilities are excellent. Not sure why they allow Hernando to operate below standard state requirements If you have compliments or complaints please let the directors in Corinth know. Desoto County mental health patients deserve better service and care.
My daughter was on a waiting list for an evaluation a year and the Dr now doesn't work there.
These people are the reason I am still here. I was in a very dark place from being attacked. Iris is a great counselor and Dr Vance is an amazing psychiatrist.
Don't waste your time or money with this female-run, government-run facility. They say they care about your mental health but will not help. I told Dr Skye the SSRI for depression wasn't working and I NEEDED something… for my bad anxiety and she refused, telling me basically I was lying.
Generally really good. I've had good experiences with the people at Region IV, but would you please! Get. Another. Phone. Line. I can never call back the person who called me directly, and every. time. I have to call… someone back the phone is busy. Find a solution because it's incredibly frustrating and annoying.
Great place to get drugs. To change your consciousness. Highly recommend.
Region four has been taking care of my needs for a year now. I have no complaints. The doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other employees all are friendly and professional. If you're in need of extreme care, they offer… in patient care as well.
Not a professional place took my son there and his first visit they had set him in front of a camera to be looked at and no Dr touched him did not take any test then they wanted to set up appointment at his school to be… seen I don't feel comfortable with that so back to his primary care physician I go will never go back
Randomly got a letter in the mail stating I have an appointment here tomorrow (12/27). I've never been here before, never contacted them, have no idea who set the appointment, where it is, if they take my insurance,… anything. I'm trying to call and find out what the heck is going on here but I can't seem to get through to anyone. I just want to say bravo to you all for dropping the ball once again. I had an appointment for Monday 1/27. Office calls me at 4 pm on Thursday 1/23 to tell me I need to bring proof of income otherwise I need to pay 250+ dollars. When told i have no income and I can provide documentation stating that i was terminated on 12/15 and have been involved in appealing it with the union, was well as pay stubs from December, that is apparently not good enough. I ask how to provide proof that I have no income I'm told "I don't know, go to the social security office?" Well buddy. They were already closed for Thursday. With less than a day's notice, I wasn't able to get to the social security office today or call until late afternoon because shockingly yes even us mentally ill people have obligations in life, like meetings with our local union to get some income you so desparately want proof of! I've now been on hold with the social security office for TWO HOURS to no avail. And they're closed tomorrow and Sunday! Exactly what do you idiots expect from patients!
I don’t know if I should keep the review or take off one star. I liked how fast they were but when I was talking to the psychologist about my problems she looked at me like she was uncomfortable.. umm I thought you were… a psychologist why would you make me feel uncomfortable by the way you look at me??? Anyways after I got done she gave me handouts saying to read over them Like really!???? Why did you become a Psychologist in the first place??? and then I had another appt with the dr. in Corinth online. It went ok. I didn’t even bother to tell him everything I told the first one. So he just gave me meds. I was hoping they’d talk to me saying everyThing would be ok and that they would help me but I had to take the meds. Hated taking something unnatural to help with my depression. Anywho, invest in your mental health, don’t waste your money.
Unprofessional and very messy
I love Region IV. They are so helpful and they care about your mental health.
Called to see about help for my child. Was told they have no psychologist there.
I always feel comfortable talking to the staff.
Very helpful when I needed help the most. Short staff, doingthe very best they can
