FYI Talking about The Gautier Clinic That got Closed... OMG!! Please this clinic needs more than one Doctor...I swear sit in office 2&3 hours for few minutes of his time.... My Son never seen councilor and never had his… disabilities he was label with-explain to him or how medication help with these disabilities.... FYI if your required to do a drug test. Make sure it's tested in front of you.... Heaven forbid it gets mixed up with someone else's !! Patients don't need extra Stress!! Scam clinic.... Is this place really helping people??

My favorite from mental state

Dr. Fox is great! The office staff -RUDE! I’m currently looking for a different doctor because I never get my meds on time. I start calling a week early, end up continuing to call a week after to get them called in. It… makes a person feel like they are “drug seeking” when it’s only trying to get your meds ON TIME! It’s not like I want to get my meds early. Just ON TIME would be spectacular. Then, when you call the office they treat you like you’re a drug addict. I would know, I’m in recovery! This was one of the benefits of getting clean… to stop chasing meds! But nope, not here… it FEELS like I’m having to chase down my meds. Every month about a week before time to call them in I start getting anxious, I start stressing and this haunts me EVERY DAY until I am able to pick up my meds! This is horrible to treat your patients this way.

Therapist for my son is awesome. However, trying to get an appointment is very difficult. I have been waiting on a prescription refill for a week because they didn't bother to let me know that his appointment was… cancelled until I called the day before for confirmation.

Been trying for over 2 weeks to make revisit appointment nobody picks up phone no matter what time or even what day ok here's an update to this garbage of a place that doesn't care about anyone's well being had 3… appointments 1st appointment now remind you it's only to get meds refilled sitting for 3 hours past time people come in behind me with later appointment times are being seen ahead of me well walk out after ladies at front don't seem it's not there problem 2nd appointment 2 hours and change past my appointment time same thing still not being seen go up ask them if doctor was even in they said he's busy then I say they skipped over me again you could here crickets chirping told them I was frustrated that it was happening again nothing so walk out 3rd time same thing but left then with message for him to call my refills in (NOTHING)!!!!!! CALLED TODAY made another appointment 2 more months I have to go without my meds this place NEEDS AN EVALUATION maybe all people need to get together and utter the words CLASS ACTION!!! thought it was a place to go to get help 😭

After almost two hours of waiting we had to leave without even seeing the Dr… You would think a “mental services clinic” would understand the needs of those with Autism but they don’t have a clue. It’s hard to believe… this place is licensed... amateur hour.

It makes no sense that you have an appointment made and then even if you show up 45 minutes early. You still waiting 3 hours before you're seen. Ridiculous!!! Worst customer service at the front desk.

The only reason I even gave one Star is because Dr Fox is a good doctor but the actual clinic is a joke! I've been dealing with them for years now and good luck getting a message to the doctor unless you have an… appointment and even then it gets rescheduled all the time but they wait till you get to the appointment to tell you it's been rescheduled. I've called the Crisis line multiple times and if they even answer at all then they will put you on hold for over an hour and you finally have to hang up and call back just for them to do it again. If you do talk to a "crisis councilor" then I told her what was going on after I had to go up there to do so and on the doctor excuse I got for that day this counselor wrote every detail of what we talked about on the work excuse for my employer to read. Or try to get a message to the doctor about your meds.. good luck I called and left messages at least 4 times in 2 weeks and the doctor still never got any of the messages Everytime I called this has happened so many times I quit counting. The front desk will be sitting there cutting up and having a good ole time with nothing to do while you sit there for over 30 minutes waiting for your next appointment to be scheduled so you can leave after your appointment and your file is sitting on the desk the whole time but they won't do their job because they are having to much fun talking and doing anything except their job. This establishment needs to be shut down! I know several other people besides myself that have had these same issues and have complained to them about it several times just like I have and they just reassure you it won't happen again just so it can keep happening. I ran out of my psych meds several times because they have to reschedule the appointment so many times that the doctor won't be able to give you a refill until you see him God only knows when they will finally get you in or communicate with you so now you're all thrown off because your medicine is all messed up... I can't believe the amount of unprofessional and unethical practices that this clinic is practicing. If it wasn't for Dr Fox I would have quit going here long ago but as much as I hate to say it I'm going to have to find another doctor because of the people running the clinic being so crappy at their job. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone really needing help with mental health! You would be better off getting help from an app on your phone for mental health than trying to get help here unless you have the doctor's personal phone number.... I never want to go back to this place again, I wish Dr Fox would get a different clinic but I'm going to have to abandon him due to the way the clinic is run. What a waste of money.

This is the worst place to be a new patient they will schedule you 3 to 5 months out and then reschedule and reschedule you for no reason. They have very little staff since they keep quiting and the lady at the check… out desk is a liar. She tries to tell people they call and when you show records to prove her wrong she starts to make you feel like you are the problem. She refused to let me see a supervisor even though in their rules it states If you ask for one you have the right to speak to one. The woman at the sign out decked made me feel like I didn't matter and that my issue wasn't worth her time. I don't understand why in the world people are allowed to treat anyone the way she treated me. TAKE MY ADVICE PICK A DIFFERENT OFFICE!

It's feels like the place is ran by leprechauns

I called the number on their website the night before to ask about autism testing, the lady didn't give her babe but confirmed they did do testing. I came by today and they said they do NOT, but gave me 2 places in Bay… St Louis and Gulfport that will. I live in pascagoula and dont have the time or energy to constantly drive around 🙄

Singing River Services constantly strives to meet the needs of its patients.

I have been going to SRS for quite some time and I would not dream of going anywhere else. The staff are super nice and Dr. Fox is the best!

Singing river services canceled my COURT ORDERED appointment out of nowhere right before my important court date for my kids Carson and Corrina Scott with Jackson County Youth Court , when asked why was the appointment… canceled, they gave me NO REASON... left a message with supervisor.

Nice people great with special needs kids.

Employees are always pleasant & Dr. Fox is awesome. He always listens with patience & goes above & beyond to make one comfortable. Thank you Dr. Fox for all you do.

Clean, courtesy environment

Someone close to me came here for a crisis walk-in and they told them that they were suicidal and made them an appointment for mid-March. Some crisis center 😡😡

Dr. Foxx is the best

This is the most stressful and worst mental health facility I have ever come in contact with in my life. I have been receiving services from them since 2020. And everytime I interact with them I leave feeling stressed.… They are disorganized, inconsiderate, and have no compassion for people with disabilities. For intake appointments they always require you to go in office . I told them I was not able to and every time they schedule an appointment it ends up getting canceled or rescheduled which is frustrating. Telehealth needs to be offered for all patients no matter the services being received. I have a high hernia, two stomach ulcers an esophageal ulcer, am underweight and in a wheel chair. I am the process of healing. Not only that I am struggling with agoraphobia and you mean to tell me you can't ask questions over the phone?! I even asked if they could do telehealth in my yard. WHEN I asked whythe lady said I don't know why. THEY MAKE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR THE PATIENT. It's ridiculousness at its finest. I'm tired of this facility. Alot of the people there are disrespectful and rude and they give you the run around when calling . They add to my stress instead of helping me manage my stress.
