What A Blessing !!!!
Everyone is awesome here.from the doctor and nurses and counselors they treat you with respect and kindness and im so thankful for them!!!
I’ve guest dosed at many clinics and they treat you like garbage. This clinic was the complete opposite. They were kind and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely guest dose here if you can!
The Best Care from the Dr and Staff especially my counselor. First time in 2 decades I've felt that the counseling has been sincere and has helped me genuinely for the better.
Do they offer Methadone treatment and suboxone treatment
How can I guest dose I'm at new season Brandon fl?
This is such a awesome place . Everyone there is so kind and very helpful. They have been right there for me every step of the way. I'm so thankful that they take time out there lives to help people like me. So so… thankful for this place. They truly are doing God's work. Caring for the sick and lost. Love this place
I've been to over 20 methadone clinics. Do not waste your time. This is the worth the clinic
Changed my life for the better. PERIOD 🙏
I've been going to the New Seasons Clinic for a couple of years now. Either I am personally coming to the clinic or making sure my wife makes it on time every morning, and I promise, not an easy task. Anyways, New… Season is a Blessing. Saving lives, more than they realize. They have a strong support system. So if you are just tired of being tired, be there bright and early and become the person the God truly intended you to be. God Bless and may he shower you with blessings
PLEASE HIRE MORE DOSING NURSES AND A PHARMACIST THAT WILL STAY PAST 8AM TO DO TAKE HOMES!!! The wait times at this clinic are crazy!!
Please hire a pharmacist that can stay past 8 am to do take homes and the wait times might go down or hire more nurses to dose because the wait times are unbelievable. It's 9:09am on a Saturday and there's 18 people in… line and they were supposed to close at 8am. PLEASE HIRE MORE NURSES 🙏
If you can go to another clinic then I suggest you do because the wait times here are very long they never have enough nurses dosing and when there is 3 windows open the nurses take breaks and walk the halls while their… are 40 people in line. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AT ALL!!!
Maybe I could have quit fent without this place. The methadone is like a crutch for me. Some people need crutches to gain the ability to walk again. Addiction is my broken leg. I recommend this place for anyone trying… to get on the road to recovery and just can't seem to get it. If you've been trying to get sober and can't do it alone, this might be your magic carpet ride. Put some importance in your recovery. Make it time bound, Set your goals, Change your direction, Get your life back, remember that you do matter and give life another chance at new season treatment center. Know your worth. Call and set up a intake interview and see if this is the right choice for you.
I was trying to come home for Christmas this year to be with my wife and kids this year. I was set up to come guest dose since I'm living in the Atlanta area right now til I get off probation. They would NOT let me come… guest dose because I have failed drug test for alcohol. Which number 1, is really none of their business. What happens between me and my clinic is not any of their business. I have been clean off opiates for 8 years now. I have never had this problem at any clinic I have EVER had to guest dose at ever. And this is wrong. Now, I can't even come home for Christmas to my wife and kids to be with them. This is not right whatsoever. Thanks for being so judgemental. And don't tell me it's federal quidelimes cause no other clinic has had a problem with me. Thank you for taking Christmas away this year from me and my family. Thanks alot.
Unprofessional!
I have been a patient at this particular clinic for 6yrs. I've heard the nurses tell us "Calm down, all you junkies will get your dose." I was laughed at and talked about behind my back by the nurses on the phone when… they thought they had hung up already. I was made to wait in my car during covid from 6am to 10am to dose cause I called to report I had symptoms of covid. I watched them dose patient after patient who came after me. When I told them I was really sick, I needed to dose n leave they said, "Well just go to a hospital" meaning I would've missed my dose for the day. They waited to dose me until I was the last person there. My car broke down and I went to work Mardi Gras in New Orleans to recover money lost from work and I was guest dosing at BHG in New Orleans but because my counselor didn't put the paperwork in the computer when I came back I found out they discharged me, with NO communication w me or my emergency contact. Then they cut my dose by 20mg all at once causing me to relapse so I wouldn't be sick. Now my new counselor is threatening to kick me out again before they even have me back on a stable dose!!! Then today I was told I couldn't dose or get Sundays dose if I didn't have my co-pay. This is the ONLY clinic that does this to their patients!! SO you'll kick me out if I do opiates but refuse to give me my prescription to keep me from being dope sick and stay sober cause I can't pay???!! Oh, but they've owed me 6mnths worth of back pay from insurance from 4yrs ago! These people do NOT care about you as an addict seeking sobriety! You are a number. They don't call you by your name. And all they want is their money. I have a ton of other stories I could tell you about how they mistreat their patients too!! Do not come here if at all possible!!
This place has definitely saved my life. Period. Counselors have been true angels and I don’t even think they know it…
I have been going since last June 2018. I’ve seen a lot of changes. I’ve never been happier, new check-in system is fantastic can’t say enough positive things about it. I had an issue with an overpayment that was… corrected when the new director took the over. I believe Dean is hands down the absolute best director they’ve ever had! Insurance coverage makes it affordable as well. Keep up the good work guys.
Love my treatment center .
I’m new to New Seasons Biloxi having transferred from Fort Lauderdale. This clinic does provide a safe and very important path for recovery. It all takes time and there are a lot of state laws they have to abide by.… From what I’ve experienced the counselors and nurses here truly do care!
During my recent visit to the clinic, I encountered a series of challenges that prompted me to reflect on the overall quality of service and professionalism within the facility. Upon entering, I exhibited symptoms that… raised concerns, leading to an initial assessment by a nurse. However, this assessment quickly resulted in a presumption of intoxication, prompting my referral to a nurse practitioner for further evaluation. Surprisingly, the nurse practitioner’s assessment contradicted the initial diagnosis, resulting in my clearance. While this addressed my immediate concern, it inadvertently created tension among staff members, as it appeared I had circumvented the judgment of the initial nurse. This discrepancy highlighted a lack of consistency in the clinic’s approach to patient care. What stood out was the evident lack of empathy displayed by some staff members, particularly concerning my denial of necessary rest despite two individuals vouching for my condition. This inconsistency raises questions about the overall standards upheld by different staff members. It is imperative that such issues are addressed promptly to ensure a more uniform and patient-focused experience for all seeking medical assistance. Adding to the complexity, my inherently quiet nature was evident throughout the process. Despite facing conflicting assessments, I chose not to engage in arguments or disputes, emphasizing the need for a calm and cooperative atmosphere. This preference for a peaceful demeanor underscores the significance of clear communication and consistent standards within the clinic. In light of these observations, I urge the clinic to reflect on these concerns and consider refining internal protocols. Establishing clear communication channels and fostering an atmosphere that prioritizes patient well-being and cooperation would contribute to a more equitable and supportive healthcare environment. I hope that this feedback prompts positive changes that benefit both patients and staff.
This place saved my life. It truly did. There are some counselors that genuinely care and then you have some that are there for a paycheck. But I find that usually anyone is willing to lend an ear to someone in need. My… issue is that I was approved a reimbursement in mid-to-late July 2023. I waited. I was told they needed to make sure claims were filed (even after the approval? Hmm ok) so I finally got tired of being given the run around from the clinic employee, so I called the main office in Florida. Found out my check had been “in transit” since September 15!! In transit for two months?!!! So they put a stop check on it and had it sent to my house per my request. Tell me why the day after I did that, I was told from an employee at the clinic that a PATIENT walked in with my check. It was opened. The label was all faded but I can still make out the dates. I was told they were going to watch the cameras and they’d tell me the next day. I’m not about to do anything stupid but I would like to know whom had my money and I believe anyone would want to know that. Especially considering I was told I would be informed. So if you’re genuinely sick and tired of being sick and tired, this is a great place to go to get help. But you got to work for it. Nothing ever worth fighting for is easy. Also, if you ever find yourself in a position that you’re owed money from NSTC I suggest you contact the head office. I had every answer to the questions I’d been asking the clinic employees within hours; and I also had my check within 48 hours. No thanks to the employees and my local clinic.
This treatment center is finally under a new director. I can't applaud loud enough. The patients are finally the focal point of treatment. The wait time is next to nothing. There has to be a leader that truly… understands the disease and wants to help patients heal, and we have that now. I recommend New Season 100%.
Staff is Remarkable
I would give 5 stars because I never had a problem there besides the fact they were taking my cash when my insurance was paying didn't tell me and still, today will not pay me back. I completed it successfully. Dean was… the best person and truly cared for me however it's been a very long time since I have been I been there and still not one penny of my money have they given back to me. They tell us to live right and they don't show us how to do it. Keeping money that isn't theirs to keep.
The best thing I could have ever done was to come here.. my husband & Myself have been here going on 3 years Now OnFebruary 4th 2023 & it's the best thing we could have ever done.. It Helped us beat our addiction & be… able to make it through each day without being in severe withdrawals, etc . & plenty other things, & it helped restore our relationship, family, so much more
