Bullies that don't do their job. I gave 3 weeks notice and requested a regional manager oversee my transition to a new states sister facility while on vacation. I just called in to verify everything was ready to go… tomorrow. Poor lady said she had no idea and heard nothing. Thank goodness I'm almost done tapering and won't have to deal with them once I return home.
When my husband and I first started treatment here everyone was amazing. Our counselor was respectful, caring, compassionate and wholeheartedly cared about us and our situation. Dosing nurses were kind and helpful,… (most of them anyway) 2 years later roughly, we have become nothing more than a number punched into a kiosk. We have been bounced around to different counselors who do not care. Our current counselor has never even had a real conversation with us and knows nothing more about us than what's in our online file. If your looking/ need Counseling with substance, support and guidance id recommend private counseling in addition. Once you get to a point of take homes you will be mandated to weekly groups. The groups are a free for all there is absolutely no structure. I have not recieved any information around recovery, no coping skills, no helpful resources etc. The facilitator leaves the conversation to the participants which usually results in 2 people rambling about absolutely nothing or the current weather, or a bunch of side conversations and everyone talking over each other. Not my favorite part but unfortunately you dont have a choice. Overall, if your just trying to maintain and stay well, daily dosing is fine. The staff is friendly most days, the woman who so generously gives her time completely selflessly to provide coffee, Snacks, food and much more is absolutely wonderful. She makes some very bad days much brighter! She is truly amazing! I definitely have my favorites but its the staff that genuinely care and are there for more than their pay check if you know you know. For now it is what is, I am thankful to be in a place where my recovery in important to me, Im thankful to have a medication that keeps me functioning and stable but as far as the mental and emotional support I need around my personal trauma, I will find outside of the treatment center.
Is a great place for people in pain an addicted to opioids they offer both methadone and Suboxone and help care for you in the best way possible. They even offer coffee and snacks on certain days. 🥨 ☕... Iv been in the… program for over 10 years iv had ups and downs but if it wasn't for them I'd probably be sick or gone from this world..

This place is a joke they don't care about your sobriety Jerry is on a power trip not letting people in min late it's a serious thing to get there medication and they love denying clients also the nurses with the take… home boxes love telling you no
Good people,in general....the nursing staff are excellent,as well..they deal with several hundred people/personalities daily ...no matter what comes at them..they carry on & do the job in a caring & professional… manor..👍💥
I feel the staff i have met are all wonderful. You have to want it for the staff to help you. Only thing that i feel is a problem are the ones who come in that start drama use fowl disgusting language because they feel… someone cut in line. Grow up please. Some of us want to come in to continue getting help not having to listen to others immaturity. Also i don't feel the staff signed up for your bs either. Don't ruin it for the people who want the help.. I have no complaints at all. Thank u to all the staff for not running out the back door and keeping the smiles on your faces.
Methadone has helped me so much in life. Changed my path n im so greatful. Anyways u can get takehomes now if u smoke marijuana, they just dont want u to be a zombie ya kno! This place is great as long as u take it… seriously.

Had a friend try to get help here and he did a 3 hr intake just for them to say it will be a week before they could help him he ended out killing him self the next day
