I want to thank everyone there that helped me and to help me understand exactly how the place worked and how it could help me. I would say this never been a big doctor fan. But the two gentleman that help me was… absolutely help and funny that help keep the overall feeling down and delightful. Even the RNs and staff was great. I was very impressed and for a new person going in, maybe me feel like there maybe that light at the end of that long dark cave. Thank you all so very much

Cassie, my counsler is AMAZING! She cares and has my back. Tina is the director and she makes it happen, whatever ‘it’ may be and Neil and the rest of the team are just as amazing. I am being honest about how I feel. I… moved from Dallas and the treatment you get here is different to say the least.

I wasnt super enthusiastic about attending this program at first, but the entire team Holly, and Cassie have definitely been a huge part of making me a believer in the program! Those counselors are literally the… greatest and are so helpful and literally go above and beyond to help me and whatever I may need! I'm so thankful for Cassie ✌️🩵🤘 and Joshua! Joshua🤟 is always so uplifting and very helpful as well, along with the doctor! Great man! I really wish some of my fallen friends could have found this place, rest in peace! #flyhighwiththemangellilnigga 🌅💯🙏

Been going here for over a year and as a recovering fentanyl addict I can honestly say this place literally saved my life. I couldn’t see a way out and didn’t have the strength to do it cold turkey with no help! It… helped me feel at 100% instead of a sluggish 30% throughout the day and let me sleep peacefully and restfully at night! I could finally take control of my life again thanks to MedMark! I have been a patient here for about 8 and a half years, and I can honestly say that MedMark Treatment Center saved my life! I highly recommend to anyone looking for recovery. It may be a little scary at first, but… everyone here will make you feel comfortable and will help you with anything you need along the way or point you in the right direction anyway. Ive been at this place for a few years now. Its a great place to go if your struggling in your life and need that weight lifted off your shoulders. The people there are amazing and very helpful!!!! Two thumbs up!!!

Let’s start from the beginning. I called Friday and I spoke with Mr. Neil about getting switched from suboxone to methadone. I knew right then that I was making the right choice. He made my nervous self feel… comfortable! I came in on Monday to do my intake and I was greeted with open arms. The girl who checks you in up front had such an inviting smile on her face, she was so kind, patient, and helpful. Next I meet Ms. Tina. This woman is an angel on earth. She is the director and let me tell you.. she isn’t here for the money and it isn’t “just a job” to her. This woman truly cares and wants you to succeed and she will do everything along with her staff to help you in your recovery journey. I then meet a nurse and the Dr! The nurse was incredibly helpful and nice as well. Everyone had a smile on their face and they didn’t act like they hated their job. The doctor has first hand experience and he knows exactly what we are going through and how we feel. He genuinely cares as well and wants you to get your life on track. He knows what he is doing and is very intelligent. Please just be honest with everything when you come to this clinic. I promise they only want to help you. I know I sound like a broken record but I have never been to a place like this one where all the staff cares. Jeremy is one of the counselors and he is such a great guy too. He of course cares and is easy to talk to. Like I said just be honest because that’s how you’re truly going to get better. Jeremy will do everything he can to help you in your sobriety. If you’re reading this and was hesitant before to come in. Don’t be! You will feel welcome and will feel better. The first step is reading this. Now make the call to better yourself. I believe in you and we do recover!! It will be worth it and I can guarantee you won’t find a better clinic that cares more about you then this place. Thank you to the staff at MedMark!!

L O V E this clinic! I have been to a few... ( California mainly) And this one checks all the boxes.... I have never felt judged by ANYONE there & that truly means SOOO much to someone in recovery! My counselor rocks &… so does everyone else who works here!

This only works if you are ready to get clean but saved my life after 11yrs of using opiates and benzodiazepines

The center is nothing like I thought it was going to be. It is not counselors, nurses and doctors judging you. I feel like they genuinely want to help it’s not just a job for them. I won’t use his last name but my… counselor Neil has truly helped me in so many ways. If you are in need of help for opiates please give them a call!

Overall the clinic has saved my life especially because of the medication assistance provided. I understand that there are significant more strict rules and regulations that the star of Arkansas initially placed on… statewide MM programs. I have been to several other clinics in 3 other states and the difference makes the situation on especially the physician who has to followa number of detrimental and limiting abilities for the doctors ability to treat each patient with individualized treatment and medication including the amount and speed of increase of doseing levels. Instead of considering the degree of addiction and the amount of illicit drug use which could cause overdose and death, his decision making is limited to a very single methodology because of state and DEA regulations. In other states and clinics the amount of oversight has been much better at allowing addiction specialist physicians more freedom of patient care upon seeing AMA data and publications specific to the issue. I believe this issue is the number one negative aspect of methadone maintenance and limits the number of active addicts of receiving the help so badly needed in Arkansas. As for the staff the counseling, nursing, and directing of the program itself is amazing. As long as someone named Connie is never hired again {inside joke} there shouldn't be any client to honestly believe they are not receiving amazing support.

I have never been here, I'm reading the reviews to find out if there is help for me out there somewhere, I'm not your typical addict, I have been hooked for 7 going on 8 yrs now, my wife has no idea being I work 7 days… a week whether I'm sick or not, I also just bought a house 2 weeks ago, and I maintain everything so my wife and son are not impacted by my addiction, seeing you have patients that have been with you for years is discouraging but doesn't mean your program doesn't work. I come from a line of heroine addicts and I grew up livingin a car, I'm ready to accept help!

They do not pay their bills. Would not trust.

I have been a patient here for 6 years and the staff (that I deal with) are phenomenal. My counselor is now the director (thank goodness) & my she has helped me SO much in my recovery. If you’re compliant & do what… you’re supposed to, the staff WILL trust you, & you can pretty easily phase up until you’re only going monthly. I’m thankful for a staff & counselor who care about me as a person & not just a paycheck.

The manager that the young man mentioned above is no longer employed there and the person that took her place will believe in your potential more than you ever thought you were capable of. This treatment center taught… me many many things but most of all taught me how to believe in myself. Through hard work and honesty with myself and others I am now sober thanks to the wonderful people at this clinic!

This place has given me an option to the substance abuse disorder that I face every day the staff and administrators are all compassionate and caring. This place has given me my life back

The clinic is awesome!!! They are very understanding and willing to help anyone who wants to better their lives! They go out of their way to help the patients.
