I am proud to say that because of this amazing program, I am a recovering alcoholic and highly recommended this facility for people of all ages that want/ need the help. There is an actual sense of community and they… actually care about your recovery. They have housing and a wellness side as well. Meaning mental help as well. If you start to consider this place I hope you go through with it. These people actually care.

My experience at Tangu Recovery was genuinely life-changing. Coming in, I was in a difficult place, and the structure, accountability, and support I received here made a real difference in helping me get back on track.… The house managers—Bryce, Gerald, and Will—each brought something valuable to the environment. They held everyone accountable while still showing understanding and respect, which created a space where growth was actually possible. I also want to give a special thank you to my addiction counselor, Sarah. Her guidance, patience, and ability to really listen helped me work through things I had been carrying for a long time. She played a big role in my progress. Tangu isn’t perfect, but if you’re serious about your recovery and willing to put in the work, it can absolutely help you rebuild your foundation and move forward in a better direction. I’m grateful for the experience and the people I met along the way.

I’m incredibly grateful for my experience at this recovery center. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about my recovery and not just my time in the program. They consistently went the… extra mile to make sure I had the support, guidance, and accountability I needed to grow and stay focused on my sobriety. It never felt like I was just another client—they truly valued my recovery and my future. One person in particular who made a big impact on me was Gerald. On multiple occasions he looked out for me and made sure I was okay, even during moments when I was struggling. He showed me real compassion, patience, and genuine love, and that meant more than I can fully put into words. Having someone like that in your corner during recovery can make all the difference. The environment here encourages honesty, growth, and real change. I’m thankful for the staff who took the time to listen, guide, and support me every step of the way. If you’re serious about your recovery and want a place that truly cares, this is a center I would absolutely recommend.

Tangu is honestly a life-changing experience. You can tell that the staff here really enjoys the work they do and that they actually care about each clients recovery. They are very attentive to specific needs and exude… compassion and sympathy for your situation. 10/10 would recommend anyone to Tangu. Cheers to new beginnings!

My experience at this facility was deeply disappointing. I felt like just another number, and it seemed the focus was more on collecting insurance money than supporting true recovery. The clinical director showed little… sensitivity to individual needs, which was especially disheartening. I was removed from the program on Christmas Eve due to a family emergency, and instead of speaking to me directly, they notified me by text message. Since then, I’ve met several others who shared similar experiences, which compelled me to write this review. While there was one staff member who stood out positively, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. I hope others take this into account when choosing a facility.

About a month ago, My brother entered Tangu. A gentleman by the name of Tyler who works there shared his story with my brother who was on the fence and gave him options of living at home and coming to the program or… staying within their houses and he’s been going to the groups and coming home for almost 2 months, He has a job for the first time in 2 years, handles problems differently and actually has been someone we can count on lately. This is the best we’ve ever seen of him. Thank you Mr. Tyler for sharing your experience and giving us the options and thank you Tangu for giving my brother a new lease on life.

Wow. This place is really special! I’ll never forget how kind everyone was to me here. The staff, clients, the environment they have cultivated... 10/10. Chelsea the counselor is so insightful and supportive. She helped… me understand my cycle of addiction and how to break it. Lexi the housing manager is so patient and caring. She helped me to see the good I couldn’t see in myself at the time. And Kyle in office goes above and beyond. With a smile. I could go on and on. The staff here is devoted to helping others. Tangu is a place filled with love, healing and acceptance. ❤️

As for the counselors grant always surprises you… with something new, Chelsie brings calmness to the situation and gets deep with the situation. Anyone that gets into the program I promise you, you’re in good hands. Thank you guys for changing my life

Rehab mill.... Noone cares about you. They can't wait to see u back. $$$ There IS a lot of great stuff to learn there. But be prepared; they give no shit after ur insurance pays them & would even call the cops on you… instead of help you. Do NOT trust Tangu Side note: other facilities know that Tangu is a joke.
