This place saved my life. The doctor here miss Jackie is the best. She takes the time to see what your long term goal is and she makes you feel like you have a purpose. She gets to know who we are as a person. I love… the window nurses and frank he is the best. This place is clean and I'm in and out. Mummy

I know whats what about business and mental illness. This is why I'm posting There are employees that come and thats life but , nurse Jackie has been steady since I arrived. As faces change Jackie's face remains the… same and that builds trust. The other great employees worth mentioning are Joe, Luca, Denise and Roseny..They make this place work. The management office on a scale of 1 to 5 gets a negative 5. Thats means it is a horror show..

Been going for about 9 months now Everyone has been great. Frank is the best he has a sense of humor you either get it or don't buy he is always able to help with what is within his abilities my only real issue is they… just lost or something happened where they don't have the early mourning Doctor anymore for ,5am when people like me have kids and other things that require me and my rides that make it t why we show up at 5am to the center. Hopefully they get another Doctor soon for the people who need early appointments

I have to say oh MG these reviews have to be fake because this is the worst Treatment Center I've been to Frank is so horrible. I don't know how come he's been working here for years. This man treat you like garbage the… best person at the center her name is Sue. She's a nurse at the window. She treats you with so much love and humility. Displays needs to be shut down. I'm going to file a lawsuit as well. There's too much Miss Treatment at the Center there's no permanent manager to check on the status of the counselors does not know where they're doing. No one wants to help you you just gotta run around at the center..

You guys have always done right by me, and I thank you. Frank is the best, a true jack of all trades. Thanks for everything.

Worst place I have been too.They only care about money.

Frank Fuentes is the rudisdest person in this place!!! This man is not professional and sounds aggravated everytime and will hang up on you just for asking for your own paperwork that a patient is in tilted to ask for.… Been dealing with his attuide for a whole year and never complained. But enough is enough!! He is rude to all the directors and nurses that call on behalf of the patients as well. This man does not need to work at a place like this who are going through alot already. I hope Candace R or the high above him take care of this situation. This is very disappointing.

These reviews must be fake ive gone there for years the director is never there Frank is the only permanent employee and ill just say hes doing the best he can with what hes working with. Your a customer and there… definitely doing some shady stuff on the corporate level financially... They charge the patients and there insurance knowing the patient has no choice but to pay them and rarely pay back knowing the person will relapse, die, or just want to be done with the place and they get to keep the money.

Is shame that they don't have any security and nobody cara about covid and use the mask.

I've been going there for about 3 months and it's the best decision I've made for my recovery. Shai is a great therapist/counselor she gives great sound advice

Brian is the Best tech on site. His girlfriend that works in the nursing department is wonderful as well. I was well taken care of and my detox was as painless as possible. This place will save your life and keep you grounded .They are very professional , caring ,and are able to give the tools needed for people who really need them to be able to get there lives in a great place .If your… child or family member is having issues with pain Doctors getting them on alot of different addictive pain medication and are abusing their meds and can't control their daily dosege by taking to much or even overdosing then the best gift you could do for them is bring them there. They even take medicaid .Thank you so much for the Awesome Staff at Sunrise Treatment Center my family is so greatful for all of you.

The sunrise treatment center has given me the strength to get my family back and get off those nasty pills and other drugs! And best of all they accept my Medicaid so everything is FREEEEEE i don’t pay a dime for… anything..ever.. so my daily dose of medicine is free saving me a buttload of money! If you really want help this place will help you I know that for a fact

Ms. Eva is great! I'm finally with a counselor that not only treats my addiction but treats my problems. She's all around great, after 3 counselors transitioning out she's finally adjusted and has put forth great effort… to genuinely help me. All staff is great but there's no counselor like mine.

This place is absolutely amazing the staff members give great customer service via phone especially if you have questions about medications or treatments. I was nervous and prideful at first to reach out, but after… speaking with a counselor, they provided me with the information i needed and made sure i was well aware of the procedures i would need to follow
