I walked in thinking I'm gonna hate this, why do I have be here, but it actually turned out allot better than I was expecting. Class is actually entertaining and you can learn some pretty valuable things from John… during group discussion.

I cannot recommend Sam Bailey enough. Over the past three years, she has been instrumental in my healing journey, specifically in addressing childhood trauma. When I started, I struggled with deep guilt, shame, and a… lack of self-belief. Sam provided a safe, non-judgmental space that allowed me to finally unpack these experiences. She helped me reframe my narrative and build immense self-trust. I have gone from prioritizing others' opinions to doing things because I know they are good for me. Her approach is compassionate, patient, and incredibly effective. Because of her, I now live with confidence and self-compassion. She truly changed my life.

This service opened my eyes to many parts of my world I had forgotten about or put away. I highly recommend them

John is a very genuine person that truly wants to see you better. He is practical and sincere in his approach. I'm so grateful for his help with my healing!

John was a great teacher, he is very knowledgeable about program and actually problems with relationships. He helped me develop a positive swagger about myself and life. He also helped me learn "self". Crown counseling… is a safe and comfortable place to seem help!

My experience with Crown was great; I learned a lot and was able to implement the things I was taught into my daily life. It changed my perspective on many aspects in my life and dealing with daily challenges has gotten… easier.

Highly recommend! Shannon is an incredibly patient and kind counselor. She really listens and helps you feel understood, while also giving practical steps you can use right away. I’ve noticed a big difference in my life… since working with her. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and can guide you through whatever you’re facing, Shannon is the one to see.

If you want to make a bad situation worse, this is the place for you. At the end of the day, it's a business, and they're there for money. The therapists can't be trusted, and they only care about a check and keeping… their job. If you need help and want people who care, this is the wrong place for you.

I took classes here the staff is very reasonable and understanding. Honestly it changed my life and instilled things I will use for the rest of my life. Like John always says positive psychology is everything. The more… you put it into action the more it will. It starts with our own choices I will forever be grateful to this place. This is a awesome program. John is awesome and his staff is amazing. The classes will go by fast because you get a lot of really good information and knowledge. I promise you will come out of his classes a better person… and definitely with a deferent mind set then you did going into his classes. Thank you so much for your time and dedication.

The counselors are really awesome and very understanding Great recovery group for anybody, I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially if you are on a low income 😁😁😁😁

I have tried to make an appointment for 3 weeks intake councilor very slow responding only e mails after I have asked more3 times for a phone call. Good luck talking to someone there

Not impressed with the counselors here

I had an excellent program with John. He definitely took the time to just talk to me and understand the person I am in order for us to go deeper within the program. I felt like it really did help me reflect on myself… and how to deal with my issues. I would definitely recommend the center and John especially if you are having trouble with certain issues. 5 stars for sure.

Crown counseling is a great place to consider when it comes to developing your mental health and well-being. The staff is great overall and easy to talk to. Check in and out was usually seamless. And you never feel… judged when you walk through the door. Highly recommended.

John is an excellent therapist who has helped me on more than one occasion. He levels with you and treats therapy as more of a free flow of conversations that worked wonders for me.

In one of John’s classes in Crown Point. He does a great job. He is really relatable. It’s not just some lecture. I got a lot out of the class.

This review is for John Toigo and the Crown Counseling staff. The Crown Counseling staff is friendly and helpful, but most importantly, they have John on their team. I completed John’s 26 week course. The reason I loved… the course is because of John’s straight to the point, no sugarcoating, style of teaching. John has actually lived through tough relationships and times. This makes him relatable and the reason why you can learn from each and every gem he gives you every single class. In my opinion, if you go into this class with an open mind and participate when you are comfortable then you will lead a more positive life and have better relationships. Thanks John! I hope I can return to class
