One Promise Behavioral health – Baltimore Detox and Rehab Services
The register shows One Promise Behavioral health – Baltimore providing detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Withdrawal is managed under clinical observation before other treatment begins, which matters most in the first seventy-two hours for alcohol and benzodiazepines. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

One Promise Behavioral health – Baltimore Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 6211 Belair Road in Baltimore, Maryland, 21206. Baltimore sits in Baltimore City County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Wish I could give have a half star one of the worst programs I have ever been in Bruce is all about the money he has no respect for his clients
Was one of the necessary stepping stones in my recovery process. 8 years later and I have not looked back. Thanks for being part of my process.
Counselors and staff were great! They helped me out a lot.
One Promise is truly inspirational! It’s owned by an amazing man Bruce White, and all the employees and counselors are genuinely kind and caring. Thank you Bruce for helping my son. Bless you for having such a wonderful… program.
One promise is one of the best programs I have been to. I just went back but I made the decision to go to a 3.1. Bruce the owner cares about people and wants the best for them. Jason the housing director to mike the… counselor and Mr preston are very great people and want to see you do good. The ladies at the front Cam and tiffani are awesome. Mike the house manager is good and wardell another house manager and gus another house manager. They take on runs to social security medical appointments they provide with lunch everyday and the houses are nice and you are close to meetings. Kim the clinical director and Mark and jo jo the head of the pharmacy. They do everything they can to help and are there for you when you need someone to talk to. They defintely helped me in my recovery. They need more places like one promise instead of the crapholes they do have here in the city. If I recommend anywhere I recommend one promise. A+++++++ service and wonderful people.
My partner has been there before in the past but this time at the halfway house, an addict stole some property from my partner $1500 pair of shoes and some AirPods. Not much was provided as far as help. So this is a… cautionary tale for others who consider coming here. Your stuff is not safe here at this location unfortunately.
Here you are just another shadow of a human…whom as long as there is insurance attached to they will entertain.
My experience there was wonderful! I learned so much and the staff including Jason, were so personable...If you need counselling go no further! One Promise is definitely the best I highly recommend 👌
One Promise has saved my ass... AGAIN. The respect the courts have for this program is priceless. If you have done wrong and are truly sorry and want to change, THIS is the place you need to be. I am so thankful for… Bruce and his team and they are worth every dollar I have ever spent with them.
Thanks to the support of the team at One Promise, I am very confident in my ability to stay sober! Their understanding, effort, and care are truly unmatched. If you’re serious about recovery or need drug treatment and… mental health care, One Promise is your best option hands down!
One promise saved my life. Mr White and his staff are amazing knowledgeable . I recommend one promise to all who want to stay clean and get recovery the also have housing
This program has really changed my life, I'm learning about my disease receiving the tools to live a healthy, productive life.
I would like to thank Mitch, Bryan, kim, and Russell for all their efforts in understanding my addiction and for their guidance. I greatly appreciate you all.
Talks too much about religion while people relapse and they are very mean to the clients.
This is one of the best treatment centers in Baltimore. Great team and great staff. It was a pleasure to have been apart of it. If someone needs help they should contact them. Very helpful and friendly environment.… Thank you. From Beatrice !!!!
I started my Journey here at One Promise 12/12/24. This was the next step for me in my Journey I came here from Achieve in Bel Air. I was told then that my sucess is gonna depend on my ability to change. After coming to… One Promise it was clear that God was working in my life and this was the best place for me. I must utilize all the support they offer here. I had 2 court cases from my past in active addiction and it was time to clean up that reckage from the past. With the support of the Staff, Conselors, Psychiatry, and Court liasons I was able to approach this task with confidence and documented proof of all the work I have accomplished. They sent a Liaison with me and with all my Certificates and Notes showing the courts my progression. One case was completely dismissed. One case I was able to appeal and get a PBJ. This enabled me to be able to apply for my license and now something that haunted me for 10yrs all that reckage from my past was cleared up. This was only possible with the help and support from One Promise the staff here is amazing. I want to thank Bruce, Jason, Bri, Jessica, Danny, Fred, Rob, Preston, Mike, Mark, Patrick and all the staff who have helped save my life. Thank you I will always give back to what was freely given to me. Ps. Give yourself a shot a life and get into a program today. One Promise is the program.
Felt treated like just a number and a paycheck.
Best place in Baltimore to go to for help with alcohol and Addiction and best counselor very compassionate and caring don’t go anywhere else these people are the best .
My time my time at Walmart is okay I get the program itself is a wonderful program but housing sucks I was at the Louise avenue house with the house manager internet and she was such a bully told the whole house she… wanted to be greeted at the door when she comes she was always in her room
The best recovery option in the area! A diverse program able to support so many types of substance and addiction issues. They have a wonderful and caring staff who puts the clients recovery at their highest priority!… Special thanks to Bruce, Bree, Kim, and Mitch!
One promise saved my life... I recommend anyone trying to get clean and stay sober, come and see the amazing staff over here
Great people who really care! Several counselors and therapists each with their own style so there’s a good fit for all types of people and personalities. Tons of experience and knowledge
Mr. Rob is such a good guy, genuine and really wants to get people better wherever they are in their life. You’re lucky if u have him even whatever circumstance you’re in currently.
This place saved my life. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and give you the tools needed to be successful in your recovery. I highly recommend!
I remember coming through this treatment center my first time for probation and just doing whatever it took to satisfy the court. I got what I put in; nothing. Subsequently I would leave and go to countless other… programs in an effort to “get it together” upon the end of my probation after giving it a wholehearted try I got what I believe this program has to offer which is an alternative way of life. I entered the housing program which provided safe, clean and secure housing while I got the drug treatment that I needed to live life without the use of drugs. The staff is wonderful, the treatment plan is outstanding and the “phasing” process is geared toward getting you back to every day life with a new set of tools. I’m still clean; and pray I stay that way one day at a time, however if I ever was to relapse I would definitely run back to this place. I consider it my home and its inhabitants and staff members my family
This program is awesome… the structure and staff gave me the tools to be successful when my recovery … housing was great even after completing they still support me .. I just got my license back after 3 yrs with out the… the support and structure it would never have been possible… that you one promise
