Deserves 0 stars. The main lady who runs it is the opposite of empathetic and should not be in the mental health field. She talks over you, polices your language around YOUR feelings, invalidates your experiences,… invalidates the expertise of your past therapists medical opinions yet refuses to even contact your current therapist - I could go on. Do yourself a favor and find someone else - ANYONE else.
The front desk who answered the phone yesterday and today are rude. However, doctors are not available not even for new patients. You have to.be 17-24 to get an appointment. The insurance company needs to know this… information or put it on your website. The ins company listed adults only and this facility pulled up.
The agency maintains professionalism towards families and clients. Therapists are accommodating, flexible and empathetic. The CEO/President does an amazing job of ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the… provided services.
I called to make an appointment. The receptionist answered the phone like she was answering her cell phone. She asked me my name twice. Bad vibes all the way around.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Unfortunately it doesn’t let me. This place was not welcoming at all and they discriminate against patients that don’t speak English. Oh but their way of phrasing it is “we… don’t feel comfortable prescribing medication if the patient requires a translator because we’re not 100% sure that what the person is translating is indeed what the patient is saying”. If all doctors had this mindset we would have so many people dying of being refused care due to the language barrier. I called to make my mother in laws appointment and upon showing up to the appointment we were greeted with nothing but excuses as to why they couldn’t see her. Starting with the “Doctor” being more worried about my schedule and me having to miss work if I had to translate for her at each appointment. Complete waste of time & what a disappointment of an office.
