Everyone in the office is very personable and caring. Dr. Kyle is wonderful with his patients and Ms. Craig and Ashley are amazing to work with. I see alot of improvement in my child.

My experience with it has been absolutely amazing, and I probably value the fact that I feel as if I've been able to make a good connection with the person I've been seeing, and it's really a great way for people who… don't like to talk about their emotions to much to actively have that chance to speak out about them with people who are willing to listen, understand, and know that if a person doesn't particularly want to talk about a certain subject they don't make it feel forced upon the person to talk about the subject in question.

a 5. Receiving therapy has helped me a lot. My therapist is great. He listens to me and give me advice. He also gives me exercises to practice at home and it has also helped with my kids and family. I underwent many… positive changes.

ABH has been a wonderful addition to my family’s lives, the office is warm and welcoming. I have never had a negative experience with anyone at the office.

Super friendly front desk staff.

I called to ask about a prescription that my son’s psychiatrist sent over. The front desk staff I spoke with was extremely rude, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told someone would call me back. I later… received a call from Kendall. Although she helped with the medication issue, she then told me I was being disrespectful to the staff. Instead of hearing my side, she defended the receptionist simply because she has known her for years (in her words). Knowing someone personally does not mean they can’t be unprofessional. What bothered me even more was that Kendall implied my son could be dropped as a client because of this so called “disrespect.” It came across as a threat and was completely unprofessional, especially when dealing with a child who relies on their services. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. No family should feel talked down to or threatened when trying to advocate for their child. No wonder this place has a 3-star rating.

Dr. Englard has been a complete blessing to my family. He listens to the needs of the patients, takes the time to talk about any issues, and truly cares. As a big bonus, he is always on time! In 6 months he has never… been late to one appointment!

ABH is terrible! I have never been to a place with such rude staff. The only psychiatrist they have is so mean for no reason. Please don’t send your kids here for ANYTHING. Office manager is rude as well.
