very unorganized but biggest issue is the unprofessional favoritism played by front reception area, should not feel threatened and have to tip toe in fear of retaliation by them threatening to refer you to treatment… team every week.

Bullshit equipment, can’t even get supplies needed to properly help a patient

I feel that I was a great patient, very serious about my recovery. I was a phase twenty seven patient and never messed up. I got one months worth of medicine and only went once a month. Somehow, I was still required to… do weekly counseling and/or group sessions. Neither of which have ever helped. Neither of which helped me get to phase twenty seven. The worst part is that this was not a requirement upon entering as a patient. I was told that requirements would become easier, as I improved. It was all talk. Just like many of their staff members initial, pleasant ways. The truth is that they require more from you than the state does. Staff will lie to management about you, to save themselves from getting into trouble. That is, if the staff member even stays for longer than a few months, due to poor working conditions. I don't trust anyone working at the front desk or management. I am disabled and not feeling well, often. They refused to be flexible with their policies in order to work with my other doctors appointments and work around my disabilities that severely limit my ability to perform regular duties. They seemingly believe that your life should revolve around them, first. So, I took my business elsewhere. They do not care about their patients recovery. They're highly unprofessional and I would never return. This was truly one of the worst experiences of my life, attending Therepeutics LLC. Save yourself's the same frustrations and disappointment. Find a more experienced and more professional clinic, would be my personal opinion. Furthermore, I hope the program director and other management can treat patients who are serious about their recovery and all others, with more respect. They must respect the opinions and needs of their patients. Their business will be more successful if they implement these suggestions.

All staff are great help and try to make your visit quick and painless. If you're actively trying to get better they will help you. Nurse Tracey is the star of the place.

I just want to give a shot out to the workers because they all seem to really be good people. I enjoy coming in and just speaking to them 😊 .. I am so glad that they are who I have to deal with when I come in there. I… just want everyone to know how respectful and understanding everyone is.

This is an amazing place if you want to get off the wreckless path of destruction.there is one one single person here that don't have a welcoming heart and arms.methadone has worked the best for me compared to… everything else and I can finally maintain my sobriety.
