InterCare Community Health Network – Eau Claire Detox and Rehab Services

The provision listed at InterCare Community Health Network – Eau Claire is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

The nastiest people ever. Dont ever go here ever. Treated like a hardened criminal. Councilors are smart asses. Very hard on people. They treat patients like crap. Only one lady was nice. Worst people ever. Very Snyder… rude doctors and staff. Place is a joke. If you dont care about mental health, please shut down.

Don’t go to Peabody dental. Staff and everyone else was amazing. But somehow my appointment was messed up and I didn’t get the time I needed. I put every dime I had into getting to a dentist only for him to look at me… for half a minute and leave stating nothing was wrong with me. He stated I wasn’t in pain and everything was fine. That I had no cavities and no problems. I can’t eat, you can see cavities, it hurts. He spent no time with me and made me feel like I was an idiot. Honestly had me questioning myself where I can to ask others if they could see them. I sat in the parking lot and cried for over an hour. It’s months before I can get in anywhere else. I got nothing for my time going there. I wasted all my money on noting and just have more medical trauma. I wasted grateful the dental assistant?? I assume?? Was very nice and tried to help me. I’m just sorry she works with him. I feel miserable

Absolutely appalling place. I have been diagnosed with 7 diseases and this office refuses to do any bloodwork or testing to see of they are progressing or subsiding. Within the first 2 minutes all the nurse practitioner… wanted to do is blaim my medical conditions on cannabis. Offer no real solutions, no tests, just rude condescending behavior, then suggests this is not the place for me. To which... I was shocked... then agreed. What a joke!!!

The service that they provided was okay. They don't let you know what you will have to pay. I have been going around in circles with the doctors office, then thrown over to the billing office and I have also called my… insurance. The insurance can't tell me how much they will pay because they haven't gotten anything from the doctors office saying what services they did. The Intercare office tells me to call the billing office and the billing office tells me to call Intercare.

I’ve been a patient at InterCare for over 10 years, and the quality of care has declined to the point where it’s almost impossible to get seen. Appointments take months to schedule, and even when I finally get one, it’s… often canceled and pushed out another several months. The medical side is just as frustrating. Patients ( me) are told that doctors can only address 2–3 issues per visit, even though it takes months to get an appointment in the first place. It forces you to choose which problems are “most important,” which is not how healthcare should work. I’ve also had ongoing issues with billing, and only recently learned that they no longer accept my insurance , something that would have been helpful to know before being charged. The front desk staff is kind, but the system behind them is disorganized and unreliable. After a decade of trying to make this place work, I can’t recommend InterCare.

They lie!!!! Little back story. My husband has been coming here for years never had problems. He is in pain every day 24 hours a day along with other medical problems. At first they were kind and professional. But after… this past week we will NEVER being going back. He had an appointment Friday 11/7 to refill his percriptions (that he NEEDS to take). Was told he missed his appointment on 11/5 and did not have one on 11/7. He went home found his appointment summary from his pervious appointment that had his next appointment highlighted on the top. Sure enough it read 11/7....I should mention they were refusing to refill his percriptions until he saw the new Dr. They would never admit that they messed up no apologies. They just kept blaming him. Even though he took a picture and showed them the date on his form showing the 11/7.......so they rescheduled him for today. He shows up with his proof of his last appointment and is met with nothing but attitude!!!! Now let me remind you they won't fill his percriptions...he has been without his NEEDED meds for almost a week....to say he was in pain today is an understatement. So he shows up at 9:17am for his 9:30 appointment. They bring him back and make him wait for almost TWO HOURS. Promising him he is next. So he sits there in pain beyond imagination with a pounding head ache. He hears the "dr" pick up his chart and just set it back down and go to the next person......so finally he leaves. Being a medical place you would think they would be more honest and understanding. But no they made him wait on purpose when he did nothing wrong but showed up for his appointment on the day they told him to.

I have nothing positive to say about this place. Sending notices by text in a language we don't speak. My new doctor was very rude and did not listen to the issue I wanted fix. Not one of my questions where answered.… Felt very rushed and was just talked down to.

Everyone was so professional and caring. My husband and I were blown away by the care. We didn’t know what to expect and was having trouble finding primary health and dental care. We are so pleased we found Intercare.… Every single person we came into contact with were genuinely kind and helpful.

They lie to get you through, I brought my medical insurance card and even brought up the plan online with the person checking me in and taking insurance information and was told it was part of the network. Was also told… if anything didn't go through based on my income (which is practically nothing in disability) based on the sliding scale the most out of pocket I'd pay was $25 ... Then I get a bill for $65 because yes they work with Aetna (they'll send them a bill) but they are not in network and the sliding scale put me at $65 ... So wrong information all along, basically bait and switch to get you in perform the services (bill the insurance high, so the 50% they get is at what a cheaper dentist would charge for the full services) and still get a bill.

Live close by and had carbon monoxide poisoning. My wife went there on way to hospital because I couldnt breathe and was passing out in car. When we got in first they said they werent sure they could do anything because… I wasnt a patient as im slumped over in the chair. Then my wife was pleading for oxygen and they said they didnt have any. They did call an ambulance though.

Dr David Puzycki is one of the best Drs in this area. I've always got great care from him. He has gone out of his way to understand my complicated medical history. Made me feel like I was family. The whole staff is… great too. I've been going to this clinic for over 20+ years.

Overall horrible experience, went in very Ill hoping for a diagnosis and antibiotics or medication to help my sickness but they had no idea what it was nor did they prescribe me any medications to help my symptoms. Felt… like they didn’t take it seriously at all and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here if they have a serious illness. I’m resulting with finding a new doctor immediately as my personal doctor is never in when I need to see them, and the replacements are absolutely clueless. Very concerned for my own health I am now having to make an extra trip to the ER for a better understanding of what’s going on. This place is a laughing joke. Shouldn’t be considered a clinic, more like black market Tylenol provider

I have multiple chronic illnesses. I went in for help with carpal tunnel and was told I didn't have it and their was nothing they could do. Saw my rheumatologist and she told me it was carpal tunnel. I also have chronic… pain and was told to take my regular med and maybe a Tylenol. I explained that I've been doing it and it's not helping. Once again I needed my rheumatologist to message them to tell them my pain is real and that I'm not a drug seeker. I am being told they are waiting at least a week before anyone is even willing to look at the message from them. I asked if a different doctor could fill me out a prescription due to the weather causing me more pain and I was told no and they said I needed to find another way to help myself. Looking for a new facility immediately!

I had a min stroke & the ER told me to see a family Doctor to get Meds to get my BP under control for (Dental Surgery- no mask).. I called Intercare in Eau Claire, Michigan. to make an appt. I inquired about wearing a… face covering because i cannot wear them due to, i go into duress & my BP sky rockets. I was told in that case, I DO NOT have to wear a face covering. I drove all the way there only to be told by the Manager Elizabeth C that i HAVE to wear one or i could NOT be seen. I was denied HEALTH CARE!! Do No Harm! Is Now Officially Out The window! I ended up leaving without being seen.
